The location of the hotel is excellent. About a 10 minute walk to the bus staion, 5 minutes to the Mersey and 5 minutes to the famous Cavern Club. It is located down a quiet street , staff were very friendly and checking in was quick and easy. The room was windowless but I knew that when I booked. The room itself was a decent size, double bed was comfortable, en-suite was clean and the shower was good. The one issue is that to get to your rooms it is a little like running a maze as the layout of the hotel is a little crazy. Not really an issue but someone with mobility issues may struggle for example to have gotten to the room I was staying in. There are also a good variety of bars and restaurants around the immediate area to suit all tastes. There is also good transport links just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Overall I was very impressed and have booked a further stay at the hotel for later this year.

Staff were so nice, friendly, and accommodating Considering a last minute booking and when in just a few minutes after booking it online as per advised by the staff over the phone, by the time we were on the premises, the papers were printed and just waiting for our signatures to be checked in. Rooms were given as requested, considering the time we did the booking. However, they provided us with what we wanted. it was excellent. The location was superb to mention, very accessible to the locations we were trying to get into. The price was very much reasonable and you can't argue with that.

Tune Hotel is in a very good location, 2 mins into centre Liverpool. There is a Greggs next door and Sainsburys local on same road. Hotel recentley Refurbished so all clean and smells lovely and fresh. Rooms are really big and clean. Bed nice and comfortable. Staff always friendly and polite. 2nd time staying here and would stay again.

Only thing maybe is there is only one Pillow so maybe 2 pillows would be nice, but i suppose if i asked at reception they would have given me one. Also its abit like a maze in there depending on what room your in you could have a long walk to your room so if disabled would need to let them know when you book in.

- Convenient Location - Friendly and helpful staff - Modern Rooms - Value for money - 24-hour reception with a little snack/drink bar to purchase from is a great edition, especially for after the shops have shut in the evenings etc! I messaged the hotel a few days prior to staying as plans changed regarding who I was visiting with and the staff were great and easily helped me change my booking from a twin to a double room with no hassle!

- The beds are slightly firm but this is down to personal preference! - This is the second time I've stayed and in both rooms we had an issue with the bathroom lock on the door not working and the above bed light being broken. These weren't major issues for us but may be for others sharing a room that the bathroom door doesn't lock. - There is a fair bit of noise from corridors and outside. However, for the price you pay for these rooms for a weekday, these are all minor niggles and the rooms are great value for money overall.

Location is perfect, staff were really friendly and helpful any time i asked/needed assistance. Would definitely stay there again. Rooms are clean, comfy. Basic but functional

I stayed with my daughter and there wasn't any channels on the TV even though the TV advertised that it should've been receiving. I believe around 5 worked, all shopping channels so that needs upgrading. Also I stayed in Room 223 with big massive windows which was beautiful but when you opened the blinds the offices right across from the room can see right in if you came out of the shower etc. potentially a screen up to head height would be better. The layout is a bit of maze but the signage is quite decent

The staff are amazing both the young American lady and the English guy. We had a nice room in a part of the hotel which is different from the front side. Kinda secret in a good way. You would get lost as the hotel is huge actually.

It's a bit awkward if you are used to take your clothes off, (not necessarily naked), in your room as the opposite side is an office haha but you have the curtains to close it off, at least until the office is closed. Then either parts of the lane was closed off from the public which is a good thing as you will have a quiet stay but you have to be aware of it, better still ask the staffs as they are amazing. But they didn't have coffee/tea facilities

The location is excellent. The hotel is good, with spacious rooms. Rooms with windows are also bright. The nearby Greggs is very convenient.

I didn't like that you can't open the windows, so there's no fresh air. The air conditioner works, but I noticed it's very dirty. There's also a slight sewage smell in the bathroom. However, these are minor issues because opening the windows, which are very large, might raise safety concerns. Still, I would prefer a room with windows that can be opened. I was also very surprised by the tiny toiletries, such as the shower gel and the very small piece of soap.

The location is absolutely incredible, it’s seconds away from mathew street but also Liverpool one is 5 mins walk and the Albert dock 10 mins walk. Also lots of convenience stores and restaurants near by. The apartment itself is completely spotless and spacious well worth the money, couldn’t have been happier and will certainly be back again.

The only thing that might bother people is that because of the central location and it being in a courtyard which backs onto restaurants and bars, there’s a bit of noise early in the morning for the room facing the front of the apartments, my guests could tolerate the noise but people should be aware.
