Cooking fascility. Kids playground nearby. Good value for money compared to other swiss hotels. Tea, coffee was provided which is awesome. Fridge is good too.

No chopping board or proper size knife provided. No restaurants nearby. Far from the city. Bus stop is a bit of a walk. Can use only 1CHF coins for the washing machine and dryer. No lift.

As a seasoned traveller i rated altogether 8/10 and i think it's a fair rate. Facilities are clean, basic but what do you need if your aim is to explore around? Access is easy but - just for Android users - better grab the key card in case your app randomly plays blank screen (like mine), The biggest problem is to lack any info how to get there so i'm going to fill the gap based on my experience: from Luzern Train Station take the trolleybus number 2 and ride to Emmenbruecke Bahnhof Sud, From there just a short stroll to the hotel! Nearby is Lidl supermarket. Also some restaurants and bars. Mostly local. Also near the station Emmenbruecke is Avec shop but i find it understocked. The hotel staff was very helpful thou with my app problem and asked me afterwards how it's going. Kudos to them!

Lack of info how to get there

Clean, fairly quiet (just road noise), near shops, transport. Good sized space, well stocked kitchenette with suitable items. Quick bus ride into the main city of Lucerne. Cheap parking rate for multiple days. Friendly staff. Well stocked vending machine. Friendly and helpful messaging with staff. Lucerne visitors card was a bonus; this could be offered when booking, as it was only because I read the Q&A that I learnt about it.

Being old fashioned, using an app as the entry key was a bit disconcerting, but I got used to it. Nothing to do with the property, but the local residents smoke a bit and this could faintly be smelt at times. Not too worrying for me, but very sensitive people might notice more.

The room as well as the bathroom were big enough. Room was fully equipped. It was pretty quiet both inside and outside. Wi-fi worked well. Self check-in was fast and smooth. Location is ok, public transport stop was not that far and it took max 10 min to get to the city centre. No food stores (especially working in the evening and early morning) in the near vicinity.

The hotel kindly provided to us a city card which was supposed to cover city wi-fi, but it didn't work as the system declined the number of the card

The apartments are simple but functional. Even though they are a bit run down, all in all everything is in a reasonable shape. Self check-in worked well. Parking in front of the apartments is limited (five marked spots) but the price was cheaper than we expected. We had read 13 CHF per day but the machine only asked for 7 CHF.

The key reader at the main entrance door is not fully obvious. It would help to add a sign to identify it because it is just a black square next to the door.

Great location just a few km from Lycerne city. Smooth check in process and easy access to the property. I haven't had any issues with the app. Helpful staffs.

The lighting in the room was dim as a huge wardrobe was blocking it to the kitchen. The chimney above the induction could have been a little higher. It was a little difficult to cook. The shower area in the toilet is comparatively small and since there is no door so you need to be cautious about the showers. No free parking at the property but there are slots available just outside the property where you can park for 24hrs costing 8 CHF.

Easy entry access. The apartment have most things you need, except hairdryer. Decent room size, a bit stuffy at noon. There are parking spaces and laundry room that can be use anytime. Taking the bus from the station is more convenient.

There is no exhaust for the stove and there's a warning about too much smoke will turn on the fire alarm (and fire brigade will come + up to 1000 chf fees), so cooking become a bit of challange but i guess opening the window solves this problem, it just became noisy because of the road voices. The bed is a bit wonky

The kitchenette with complimentary coffee and tea. They also have provided dish soap and sponge in which other properties that we have been to do not. Spotless in every corner, no traces of dirt nor dust. Facilities are at par with its price range.

There was a power outage at some of the sockets in the middle of the night and no staff is available to sort out until working hours the next day.

bus stop is just a few minutes walk away. The wifi is quite fast. Parking is 7CHF per day and is affordable and can be paid cashless using app.

the anxiety that the smoke alarm will go off while i’m cooking. It states there that the smoke alarm is sensitive to steam as well. It is quite hot in the summer. There is no dark curtain, only sheer curtain.

The staff working in the building were super friendly. When I couldn't access my room because the code didn't work, they were so concerned and I could see their desperation in wanting to help me, but their hands were chopped off.

It was a very frustrating that I couldn't access the entry door or my room's door because code didn't work. After a long flight and being totally stressed that my luggage never arrived with me, I was very disappointed that I couldn't access the door. Eventually, I was given another room after running up and down the stairs trying to unlock my rooms door after I eventually got in at the front door.
