Good location, the bed was very comfortable, free fast wifi, the heating was always on, there were freebies in the room (shampoo, soaps) and the kitchen was equipped with coffee and tea. The cleaning lady was very friendly, and so were the neighbours! The neighbourhood wasn't dangerous at night but the latest we got home was at 11pm.

The water pressure was low in the shower.

The location is excellent. The property is very close to Termini. You can reach Colosseum and other places even on foot. There is a lot of restaurants and shops in the close vicinity. A small and beautiful garden in front of the tenement.

As a cheap option, the place is not very comfortable. The towel was ragged, but during my stay the towels were changed. There was no remote control for air-conditioning.

Convenient location. There is a cute courtyard and a big window overlooking it.

The shower head holder and all the towel hooks were broken, and the shelf above the sink was missing. The elevator for the building wasn't working.

Excellent location - very close to Termini which is the main train station. Good wifi, room size was adequate, entrance is cute as you have to pass from a small garden.

Shower cubicle was very small; no bottled water or coffee machine available.

This accommodation was very clean in beautiful surroundings and very convenient to train station. The bathroom is compact but fine for our needs. Lots of restaurants very close by.

5 minutes walk from Roma Termini (connection to airport). Very good location. We only stayed in Rome for less than 24 hours.

Small bathroom. Room was clean but could be much better. Man on the phone was also a bit rude. We paid around 100 € for one night and for that price we felt it was not worth it.

Very clean and convenient location, it’s next to Termini train station, easy access to the city center and for going to the buses for the airports. I strongly recommend.

I liked that it’s clean and private, the rooms have own bathroom and even if it’s small it’s better than some accommodations next to termini which have shared ones. The host is great and it’s very close to Termini Station (9 minutes by foot max). I regret I only stayed one last night there and took diffrent hotel earlier. Next time I will definitely take this hotel!

The pressure of water im the shower was not so strong, and you have to wait some time until the water will be warm. I also missed some forks, because there was tea and cups, fridge and microwave but there wasn’t any of fork.
