The whole place was very nice. Kind of hidden from the streets so felt very secluded. The room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was wonderful. Location was very nice as it is just inside the old city walls and you can walk to everything within 10 minutes. I would stay here again

I did have a little difficulty finding this place. It is marked with a very small sign (which is also the name of the street). Not sure how I would have found it without google maps. Parking was available on the property for a fee, but the car was parked under a tree and they covered it with a tablecloth. But we still got sap from the tree on the car causing some obscuration in the windows and mirror. But finding places and parking are a common issue in most places in Europe, especially in the touristy towns. I would stay here again.

In a very quiet residential neighborhood easily walkable to all of the must see sights of Avignon. After a nice breakfast, being able to go out for the day and return to a relaxing and spacious room was so refreshing. Sitting out in the garden with a bottle of wine and a snack before walking into town to one of the hosts recommended restaurants was heavenly. The hosts were so kind, caring and helpful. Restores your faith in how good people can be.

The room we stayed in was close to the street and at night the streetlights were bright. A heavy light blocking curtain would be appreciated. There were a few mosquitoes and only one window had a screen, so perhaps adding a second screen would be helpful.

Breakfast was great - nice selection of breads, meat and cheese and even eggs cooked to your liking. The room was modern and clean and couldn’t hear any outside traffic noises.

Thought there would be more history about the place, instead of it being just a standard room and breakfast. The website makes it seem as if the pool is a main attraction but it was too cold to swim in and couldn’t figure out how to access the terrace.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful grounds. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious with such a good variety of things to choose from. Swimming pool was a perfect temperature and such a luxury on a sunny afternoon. Perfect location for all the sights in Avignon.

I cannot think of a single thing that we didn’t like.

Interesting old property. Owners were very welcoming. Nice big bathroom with a real shower! Breakfast was delicious. It was quiet.

The room was too hot while sleeping . The comforter is too heavy but we found this everywhere we stayed. I would have liked to have sheet or light blanket. The place was a little hard to find and there was not a sign to ring the bell for entry. This was confusing after a long day on the road.

The location is very good, quiet, within 15 minutes-walking to famous tourist spots (Ex. le palais des papes) and Avignon Centre train station. The hosts were very kind and helpful, with nice breakfast included. We spent a very nice moment in Avignon.

The keys (for room and house entrance) are big, so not proper to take them simply in pockets. No refrigerator in the room.

The hosts were so friendly and warm...they made staying in their B & B like staying in their home. Our room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the outdoor space was great for morning coffee! An afternoon swim was a cherry on top!

Absolutely nothing.

Beautiful, quiet setting inside the walled city of Avignon. The location was easy to find by car. The room was large with comfortable beds. The hosts provided a nice breakfast and had great recommendations for local restaurants that were within easy walking distances.

A spacious, quiet room with a pretty good view which characterizes the region (cypress trees and old stone buildings). Extremely practical yet kind hosts as you can typically expect from Dutch (the hosts were Netherlands and I believe that they are owners). Balanced breakfast and arranged special care based on our schedules (our train schedule was messed up due to the strike) for both in and out. Again practical info was given for the area with a personalized map with some suggested restaurants. Nice rooftop area to hangout. Extremely spacious bathroom. There was also an extra desk in the common area where I can work outside the room.

Nothing seriously wrong or to dislike. If I really have to list something maybe I will complain about no elevator. My aged mom had a bit of difficulty going up to the second floor but for most it shouldn't be a problem. The other thing maybe that there is a big dog under complete control but it will still bark at you. If you have any phobia or any bad experience of such that can be a problem. The location is a bit off the center or from the train station but it is a small town so depending how you look at it, it can be bad or good.

The location in a quiet central area. The beautiful building and industrial additions. Our room was spacious and comfortable as were the beds and a good shower. Pool was lovely to cool off in. Breakfast was superb with home grown figs, homemade jam. Great hosts.

Paying an extra €15 a day to park at the property
