I checked in early and I had to pay 50% of the rate for only 5 Hours earlier than normal Check in. I would expect to pay but not that much. May be 25%. If you arrive early at a Hotel because of flights, I believe a customer should not be punished for it, but rather accommodated.

The property is located well and has all necessary facilities. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I stayed for 11 nights and noticed that my bathroom wasn’t clean by the end of my stay. Overall, cleaning was fine but some details like wiping the floor and adding soap were missing.

Very nice location to access downtown either by car or on foot. Spacious and cosy lobby area which fits for both - quick cup of coffee or business meeting.

Room definitely needs refurbishment. As we checked other options proposed (2x) I may say all the rooms looked similar in respect of the worn-out status. Hotel's service team needs some training as cleaning service was actively knocking and trying to open the door a few times while the tag "Do not disturb" was displayed on the door's handle.

The employees are very gentle and friendly. The room was clean and fresh.

I had better expectations about the room's condition. Nothing critical, though the ceiling and walls were painted roughly. As guests, we had free access to the spa centre but no one explained it to us. I would spend more time in sauna and pool if I knew :(

I had a wonderful stay with my mother and daughter. The room was fantastic with view of the mountain. The night manager was a wonderful gentleman who gave us cookies on arrival to the property and on our departure. The restaurant recommendations made by the team were also fantastic!

Sadly the wifi didn't work in the room.

Rooms were equipped with every requirement like shoe polish and full toiletries, iron and table. Everyday cleaning and changing bed covers

Generally good. Rooms and toilets are clean but not exceptional as one would expect from a 5 star rated famous chain of hotels

Safe area around and clean territory, pleasant to arrive, pretty calm since located in a residential courtyard. Fine spa, nice staff and massage professionals. Good breakfast and excellent rooftop restaurant with a terrace and fine international menu. Despite event centre and location it has always been calm and noiseless around. Spa center has a recent in-door guests and never seen there more than 3 people besides.

Would be nice to have clean windows for pictures

This is a reasonably priced nice hotel in Almaty. Staff is helpful. They found a bandaid for me at 11 pm from a pharmacy -- these type of quick fixes are not easy in post Soviet countries.

Great and fast check-in, friendly and helpful service. English speaking. Nice lobby with plenty of seating and a bar. Clean and comfortable rooms with mostly a nice view. The gym, the spa facility with pool is fantastic! With in general fair prices. The location is super! With nice selection of high quality restaurants/bars closeby.

Despite all positives, the service is great and kind hospitality, modern interior, with views over the city and mountains. The food in the roof top restaurant isn’t good/tasty and well prepared. Several experiences, while being highly priced. From a Hilton (double tree) standard I do not understand. And which if improved would definitely upgrade the total experience of the hotel, your stay.

They have spacious and clean rooms. Dimitri was helpful for check in operations. Only hotel in Almaty which has hygiene shower in the toilets.
