Wifi range trouble, no Hand Held Shattaf Valve Sprayer Set in Toilet, Refill for Breakfast is slow. No sign boards/ Safety cones while Maintenance works are ongoing inside.

We stayed there total 5 nights with 2 of my friends. Everyone who working there is really helpful, friendly and kindness. Breakfast is nice as well. We expended our stay because they are so nice. We would like to stay there when we back to Almaty

No elevator. Be careful with heavy luggage. Has a little distance from the city centre.

One of the male staff at the breakfast area was very rude and misbehaved with us everyday.

staff are friendly and helpfull. they even given us breakfast pack since our flight was early in the morning. Over all experience is amazing

we travel on summer 1st week of august so its quite hot and humid so its uncomfortable when ur exhausted with ur tour and u arrive in the room without AC , literaly ita has AC but its not working properly i guess its warm and hot so it gives uncomfy feeling . its seems all hotel is like this even our previous one and the swimming pool maybe you could improve it more to make adult enjoy the experince on the pool . this is the only downside

The Rooms are big for 4 People Accommodation. The Hotel is very close to the supermarket. It was also close to a restaurant that closed at 12 midnight. There was a mini park in front of the hotel. Breakfast was always good.

Future guests must know that there are no elevators or bidet on the toilet. But it's okay. Not a big issue for us. We still get the best value for our Money. We cannot complain since we got the rooms cost-effectively.

Very nice stay , good staff, , spacious suite , everyday they clean the room and change toothbrush and towels daily , helpful staff friendly , good breakfast

No elevator so we went 3rd floor by stairs , internet was very slow in the room still they tried to fix it but still was slow And it’s far from downtown Overall we had a good stay

An amazing stay for a long leisure holiday with family for 7 days. Couldn't have been a better place to stay. Though old but clean and very well maintained property. Excellent staff, good breakfast spread and amenities.

Price was higher and could have been lower. And there is no lift in the hotel which is 3 storied building. We were on 1st floor hence not much trouble

Location was good, near to restaurants and markets in just few minutes walk. The overall feel of the hotel is good and you can go outside within the hotel premises to sit and relax on their mini garden. Iron and ironboard is available inside the room.

Non availability of lift, our room was on the 3rd floor and it is not very ideal if you have a lot of luggage. Although the hotel staff were there during check-in to assist us to bring the luggage.

The bedrom is clean and comfortable , we stay one night and absolutely comfortable , staff very friendly and helpfull, so much appreciated, food was amazing 👏 🤩 😋, we order pelmeny, fried cheese , slyodka, Oliver salad THE BEST an others, all supeeeeer , thank you so much.

The garden needs to be maintained to look more like 👍🏻 👌 😍 👀

I liked everything there, the staff was very friendly and helpful and smiling with us, the food was good there are play ground for kids front of the hotel.

We stayed in the 3rd floor and unfortunately there is no elevator only stairs So it is difficult for kids and wife to go and back from the room
