The location , friendly staff and cleanliness of rooms . Spacious rooms and very near to the Cathedral. Bathroom is big and clean ( we had a bath tub) and loved the Nuxe soap & shower soap. Lift is small so max 2 pax with small luggage or just take the starts . Nespresso machine but no boiler for tea . We parked overnight in the side streets free from 9 pm to 7 am and ended up paying a bit for the 2 hours before check out . Over 2 euros for 45 mns but worth it as next to hotel . Just watch up for the tram in the Main Street if you arrived midday with traffic . Otherwise very pleased with hotel and price

No boiler for tea

Great location, immaculate bathroom and room. We traveled with our dog and have been given room with double door which was excellent. There were treats and bowls waiting for him in the room. Receptionist was great to help us to sort out vet appointment for returning to U.K. ( standard vet visit but we don’t speak French). AC was working well in the room and room was quiet and dark at night.

Breakfast isn’t great. It’s small dinning room which gets really noisy with few people in and the coffee machine running. Coffee is really bad - watery and low quality.

The front staff, especially Carole, were very friendly and helpful. Great location, only a 10 minute walk to the older section of the city. Beautiful furnishings, private bath, no smoking, quiet, and very clean. The front desk helped book reservations for dinners and provided a great map of the city to help us make the most of our trip. Carole, especially, asked us what we would like to experience in the city and offered great advice. She went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the fresh water and treats offered at the front desk. We were able to check our luggage and start exploring before our check-in time. We definitely will stay here again.

We reserved two rooms, upon arrival one room smelled very heavily of a perfumed air freshener. The odor had dispersed by morning but the next night after we returned from dinner we could smell sewer gasses coming from the bathroom. We ran water in the sink and shower, then flushed the toilet a couple of times. This seemed to help. The elevator is small so we split up our group to take our luggage upstairs. There was very little lighting in the room at night.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, being very close to the city center, which made exploring the area super convenient. The hotel was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was also good.

However, the room was smaller than expected, which made it feel a bit cramped. Additionally, the parking garage was quite tight and challenging to navigate, especially for larger vehicles. The elevators were also very tight, barely fitting two people comfortably.

Very good location for getting to city centre - two tram stops very close by, location is lovely and quiet, rooms are modern and very clean, problems attended to quickly. Staff very courteous. Overall we would stay here again.

Ventilation in bathroom didn't remove steam so mirror misted up. Breakfast and mini-bar were comparatively expensive. Room was a tiny bit small at times e.g. when both getting ready in the morning and having to move around each other - but otherwise important things such as the bed and shower were a good size.

The hotel is very well located for exploring the old town of Strasbourg. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the center and the streetcar stops nearby. The reception was extremely friendly and we were personally shown the way to our booked parking space in the underground garage. We were stopped before our walk into town: "It's going to rain soon, why don't you take an umbrella with you?" ... and with these words we were handed an umbrella - it's nice to be "looked after" like this. Quick communication after booking (access, parking,...) we hope to return soon

there is nothing to complain

The attention to details were impressive. Staff super friendly and willing to make your stay a wonderful experience. They welcome you with a bottle of cremant, Christmas chocolate, pretzels and beautiful flowers. Throughout our stay they would leave a note with chocolates letting us know what they were celebrating that day. We are frequent travelers and I have never seen impecable attention to details. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is near public transportation and a short walk to the cathedral. It is centrally located, very clean, and comfortable. We traveled to Strasbourg by Flixbus, which was a short tram ride away. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. The rooms are a little on the small side, but that is to be expected in the center of town. Plus, the size was clearly indicated in the booking. No complaints at all.

Hotel is very well situated, very close to the city center. Beds were very good, bathroom facilities are excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions there were.

One small point of improvement could be to provide some more closet space for clothing etc. Also the lighting in the room was adequate, but could perhaps be a bit better.

I had a nice stay with my family in Diana dauphine hotel , the location was very good for us , a few minutes and we are inside the old city and cathedral, The tram station is nearby as well. . The room is big and comfortable, definitely you can get some noises if you are at the street side. The breakfast is pretty good compared to the price. It's a recommended hotel .
