We liked everything. The hotel officers because of birthday upgraded our room to a bigger family room and also they send to room champagne and fruits. Everything in the hotel was modern and well designed, recently renovated and clean (including the toilets in the common areas of the hotel). Everything in the hotel room was very clean, the bed is very big and very comfortable, the shower is very modern and works very good, TV and air conditioner works very good, the balcony is big and has a very nice tree and sea view. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk to the sea. In the beach the hotel provides free towel, umbrella and 2 sun beds (the card will be given from the hotel and the number on the card is the number of the umbrella on the beach). The breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are all very tasty and different types of food are available. Ice cream is served everyday during all afternoon. Special thanks to Miss Milena from hotel administration, Miss Iva from reception, Mr. Miroslav (the Chef of the restaurant), Mr. Dimitar from lobby bar, Miss Elitza from pool bar, Miss Yuliya from restaurant and all the other staff who made our vacation special and wonderful.

-Limited long chairs on the beach. You need to wake up very early if you want to have a chance of getting one. This apparently is a general issue in all the resort. -Elevator starts only from the 4th floor, so you need to hustle up and down the stairs a lot (kind of annoying if you have a 30 kg troller). -No safe/lockbox in the room. -Limited parking spots. 22 bgn/day across the road (a bit expensive). -Pretty small pool and most of the time crowded.

I like room, was nice and clean. Enough space for all family. New furniture and bathroom. The best is private beach, not far from hotel. Nice and quiet place.

The hotel restaurant is nice but the food is not the best. Wild choice of salads but hot food is not good. Restaurant staff cannot be recognized, all the time on phones,doing nothing,mess on every table. One lady from kitchen is very rude,throw food on tray, I say to her the nectarin is moldy, she tell me just cut it,Its ok. Pool is very very small for that big hotel and water is clean but sour.

Everything from the food to the room was wonderful. Kudos to Martin, the Front office manager, great guy - give him a raise!! Room was spacious, clean and comfy, food was very good and enough. We loved the location and the private beach. The sun terrace is amazing viewing point to the sea

The bartender girl on the pool bar - never smiled even once at any guest! Always grumpy pretending to be tired! It is not ok to have guest approaching you and asking you to smile! And not only 1 time! Also it is not nice to hear the staff warning each other - be careful what you talk, there are also bulgarians here! We know guest can be irritating but in the end you get paid from what we spend for the reservation

View of the room was perfect, clean and on top of that daily cleaning. Waterpark was amazing. Last day we could stay even after checkout. Various fresh food and drinks , a plus for the icecream corners 😁. Good music all day long.walk to the beach 5-7 minutes was all shady and through trees. Extra towels for the beach at reception.

The structure of the hotel is that the lift starts at 4th floor. Given that the lift was on and off several times, I do not recommend this hotel for people with weak knees 😁. We had to go through stairs on the 9thfloor ☹️.Food is fresh and various but beef meat is not on the menue ☹️. You have to pay extra for parking which is limited in slots. The hotel does not have anymore their private beach.

The food was really good. The staff was amazing, the private beach is 5min walking, golden sands center is 15-20 min by walking. If you are going with kids is the perfect place by having a well equipped playground in the shadows (during most of day), small pool for them.Their entertainment schedule is amazing, the staff is playing, coloring with them and have disco program. Miss Tina is amazing with kids, she has a lot of energy and imagination to entertain them, especially the young kids. They also have nice activities for grown-ups that you can enjoy.
