It's a very friendly an Hotel. Lovely rooms and great service. Great location for shopping and sight seeing.

The only thing I would say is that when I took a shower in the accessible wet room bathroom, the water went everywhere so it would be helpful to put in a Wet Room Floor Squeegee as I found it very slippy and was scared I would fall. Also one robe was put with wet towels our first day which wasn't replaced and I put the remaining robe in the cleaners basket in the hall as I had to use it to mop up the soaking floor. I have since been charged for them which I'm not happy about 🥺

Perfect location for visiting Luxe Skin just a few doors away, and for shopping in Glasgow. Hotel has own car park which I found easily with Sat nav and was very convenient. Lesley Anne on Reception is a credit to your team.

When I went up to my room, the male cleaner was just leaving my room. As a solo female traveller, I felt very uncomfortable when the male cleaner asked to see my Room key before letting me go into my room. This is not normal behaviour. There were 2 male cleaners watching me and I didn’t feel safe. I went to Reception to complain, and not only were the cleaners spoken to, Lesley Anne was brilliant and not only moved me immediately to a different room but on a different floor. The rest of my stay was fine.

We received a complimentary upgrade as it was my husbands birthday, Sandy wrote a beautiful message of Happy Birthday on the mirror, we received free wine and crisps which was a lovely surprise. So delighted with the room, the bed was so huge. Parking is perfect as its so close to hotel & unusual for Glasgow. The young male bartender served us Saturday afternoon and breakfast Sunday was so lovely, very friendly and took time to speak to everyone.

The room was extremely hot, unbearably hot through the night, I didnt realise there was a fan in the room until the morning, otherwise it was great.

The location was brilliant, especially in December when Christmas fairs/markets were on in George Square and St Enoch’s Square. The car park was a bonus, but at an additional cost. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room perfectly adequate, a lovely breakfast - continental or cooked with vegan and specials available on request. The haggis was a tasty addition to the normal ingredients of a cooked breakfast. Slight down side, having driven almost 250 miles in mist and drizzle we arrived after 3.00, the check in time, but the room wasn’t ready until almost 4.00. Would highly recommend and would use again if in Glasgow.

Only the wait to get into our room.

Our stay was good value for money considering the hotel is so central with many main attractions / bars / restaurants/ transportation within walking distance. The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk to the Christmas Markets, which is the main reason we visited Glasgow. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had extra pillows and a hairdryer which was great because you usually have to request those. We got two packets shortcake biscuits and teas/coffee sachets too. Overall a pleasant experience.

It was a bit noisy during the night from noise outside and guests going to/from the elevator.

The hotel was really close to the town centre and transport facilities. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice. The size of bed was amazing too.

The room could do with a little updating especially the bathroom. Breakfast area was small in size; especially if busy. As the buffet was only in a small area and it would have been nice to have been served tea/coffee rather than having to do this yourself. As by the time you get both, either your tea/coffee or your breakfast is cold. It also an advised on the website that our room would be serviced daily, unless the DND sign was put up, however our room wasn't serviced on the Saturday which was disappointing.

Location was good for shopping which was the purpose of our trip and it had a small car park to the rear which we managed to get a space in which is £15 per 24 hours . Breakfast was lovely poached eggs were perfect it was comfortable and had everything we needed .

Was a little dirty in our room tea staining on walls near bin left over sunglasses and vape underneath the bed and bit of black mould around bath taps , very noisy out side as there is bars and restaurants all around with glass bins being filled up every few hours

Me and my partner where welcomed by friendly bubble people at reception, the female manager deserves a 5* (didn’t catch her name) was helpful as we arrived a few hours early and has great customer service services all round, so polite and bubbly. The young bartender deserves a 5* also, he was so friendly had great customer service (also didn’t catch a name) couldn’t have been more happier/friendly and had great knowledge about bars. The room was more than we could have expected. Nice big spacious rooms, the bed was huge and the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in a while 😂. Breakfast there is plenty to choose from, cooked breakfast to pastry’s, fruit and much more. Overall very happy with our visit and will definitely be back

The only thing I would say that I didn’t like about the bacon was a bit hard only because it had been sitting a while but it’s understandable as we had a late breakfast.

Ideal hotel for our needs, great location for access to city centre, especially merchant city, the GoMA, shopping on argyle street and George Square. Also just around the corner for Queen Street train station. Hotel was clean and staff were exceptional. Would definitely recommend

Only three slight niggles really, the window in our room didn't close fully which meant we could hear noises from the street, not overly noisy or continuous but might be an issue for light sleepers. The shower over the bath kept working its way to the left which was a little inconvenient when covered in shampoo to have to redirect it to where I needed it and a little minor issue of no plug sockets next to the bed for phone charging. There are plenty sockets in the room but would have preferred a couple near the bed. My personal preference I should add.

Good location close to train stations and shopping. Lots of restaurants and bars too. The staff were amazing - lovely rooms and good food. Conference facilities and conference support was amazing.

A bit close to the homeless support centre. Came across quite a few drunk people and homeless people on the streets - a bit uncomfortable at night as I’m a lone woman. The restaurant and coffee bar/drinks bar area is in the lobby and quite small in size, adequate in evening hours as it’s not well used for dinner but it gets a bit busy during the day.
