We enjoyed how close it was on the beach, the rooms were nice the view was amazing, good selection on the breakfast. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice and warm and had towels. There was even a live rabbit running around outside the bar when my husband and I went out to walk on the beach late evening. It was pretty cool the elevator spoke to us as we entered as well. Even our kids enjoyed it.

Some of the vending machines didn't work. The hallway going in and out of our room to the elevator smelt of marijuana. Some of the other guests were loud in their rooms after hours and being loud in the hallway.

This is the closest hotel to the fishing pier which is my main reason for staying here. Free parking for my truck across the street because my truck was too tall to comfortably fit in the hotel parking garage.

Very disappointed the full breakfast has been discontinued. The continental breakfast was pitiful.

Oceanfront rooms

The pool was closed due to maintenance during our stay. The pool was the main reason we booked this property. With heat the heat index over 110, the pool would have offered an opportunity for us to be inside.

Breakfast, we are use to Gravy and biscuits, eggs, sausage or eggs! I am on a protein diet so I really couldn’t eat a lot of the breakfast items. They had cereal, muffins, toast, bagels, juice, and coffee!

The staff members working in the breakfast area were very nice. The breakfast was truly a let down. It was only bagels, toast, fruit, cereal, muffins, and microwave French toast sticks and microwave egg omelette. We were truly expecting fresh cooked eggs and a breakfast meat and a waffle or pancake machine like we see at other places. Your place is nice, location is fabulous, price is high but reasonable for location-so I think making the breakfast a better would be a big plus.

You can walk right out the back of the hotel, and you are at the beach. Also, there are 2 restaurants in there and a store that has pretty much anything you'd need and more.

Our room felt like a tin can. It was small and claustrophobic. Barely enough room to move around. Rm 321 should be for 2 people with one bed only, not two beds for 4 people. Also, there is no hot tub by the pool. The elevator was super slow.

Location cleanliness of hotel easy check in

Only complaint would be the Continental breakfast was lacking and disappointing but that's not a big deal in reality

Location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds. Plenty of parking on site, they let us park when we arrived at 10;30, and then called us when they had a room ready at 12:30. Hotel was very clean, the onsite laundromat was great, although you do need quarters for the detergent.

Breakfast was meh, you had to heat up the egg omelet in a microwave, no meat selections, nice selection of bagels and raisin bread, some muffins and breakfast bars. yogurt, cereal and coffee. ok for the convenience of having something available

Nice location near the pier l, had an awesome restaurant located within which had great food and cocktails. The bed was comfortable.

The check In woman I had was less than desirable. The coffee pot had nasty old grounds from a previous stay and left it open for housekeeping to clean and sanitize (they came in and closed the lid never cleaned it). The floor was dirty gritty when we arrived I used a broom in the hall to sweep but it fell off the stick as it was broken. Our bathroom smelled badly of mildew ( not good for person with severe asthma) staff occupied the front of the hotel with their vehicles and arriving in a large truck proved difficult to maneuver out after check in due to people just keeping their car parked there all day.

The ocean view from our balcony was worth everything. I was a little worried at first because of some of the comments I read, but staying here for the weekend turned out to be a great decision. Our room looked recently renovated, and the beds and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was good, and parking was super convenient—we were able to park on the same floor as our room.

The elevators were super slow, so we just took the stairs most of the time. We really enjoyed our stay.
