great location just a 3 minute walk from St Mark's Squate. Spacious, comfortable room with a bath, which is unusual for Venice and very welcomed at this time of year. Good breakfast with some seating on the outside roof terrace, which was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Not the easiest place to find, the directions could be improved. We had some issues with our air conditioning first night but these were rectified the following morning. otherwise great.

Location was excellent , less than 10minute walk from the Rialto Boat Stop and less that 5 minutes to St. Marks Square. The hotel itself has a restaurant underneath (not part of the hotel) that will tie you over when you check in. The hotel is basic a bit dated but clean. The continental breakfast in the morning is a nice way to start the day.

Bring insect repellent for the room, I was bitten alive in the room.

The location is obviously great, right in the historic center. The room then is small but for me as a solo traveller large enough. The bed is great, and the bathroom is surprisingly big relative to the room, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was a big plus for me (simple but good, some croissants, bread, yoghurts and coffee/beverages served), and if you're visiting with good wheater there is an outside terrace for breakfast which is just lovely.

I missed a bit of shelf space in the room for clothes. There was a double sided closet, but the side with shelves was mostly occupied by the fridge and safe. Would be great if the vertical hanger side had some shelves, or maybe some more room with a little closet somewhere else. Other than that, the check-in after 20h is in another sister hotel, luckily they do specify this so I was prepared, and it was only 1 min away. But on my check-out the desk was also empty, and had to leave my key with a maid, which felt a bit weird, so keep in mind the lobby desk isn't very well occupied.

Location was just 2 minutes from San Marco Square. Inside was very nice and clean. Good breakfast and the lady making cappuccinos was great.

Hotel is excellent location, close to every attraction and landmark of Venice. However, the entrance is impossible to find if you never been in the area before. We were at another hotel that in the same group of company and staff took us to the hotel we booked. Room was very old decoration but clean and comfortable enough. Our room was next to the restaurant but it wasn’t noisy or anything. Staff were very helpful, polite and kind. Our flight was late back to UK, staff let us checked out an hour and half late. And let us to keep our luggages and be relax at the lobby as long as we like. Thank you so much. ☺️

We really loved the location. The restaurant below our window was also excellent. The hotel itself is typically traditional Venetian. Gold and red bedrooms with walls covered with fabric instead of wallpaper. Very nice Lovely shutters and a church as you looked out the window. The reception was very helpful and friendly

The breakfast could be improved. We were there 2 nights so it wasn’t an issue but compared to other Italian breakfasts we’ve had the choice was small. Id like you to see more cheeses and tomatoes

Location was much better than we expected.Very central and full of possibilities. Room was always clean and the staff was very kind and helping. Always asks us if we need any help and the desk was excellent. Personally they helped us for finding shops etc. The room was a bit small but had a lovely view and we enjoyed it very much so the size of the room was not problem at all. Breakfast was enough for a normal person.For Gluten allergy people there was no food.May be some fruit can be very good. Cofee was good and the lady serving was very kind and helping. Lift was real great help for us. When we visit Venice we wont search for another hotel.We already found Hotel Citta Di Milano. .Sincere thanks to each person at the hotel working as staff. Great, Comfortable, economical and safe Hotel. Lots of love from Cyprus.

Breakfast can have a bit more variations as ı mentioned before. Just Gluten free some food and fruit will do very nicely. The rest of the services and hotel was Perfect. Thank you.

The location is absolutely fantastic, 1 min walk from St Marks Square and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Yet at night it's not loud and there's no trouble getting to sleep. Buffet breakfast is simple yet enough to set you up for the day. The rooms are a great size, everything was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. We couldn't have asked for more.

The only slight hiccup was that we arrived late which was pre-approved by the hotel, however, there wasn't anyone to meet us and the hotel door was locked. A sign on the window said to call a number which just rang and rang with no answer. We then followed the other instructions of going to another hotel for assistance, unfortunately there was no one there. It was around 23.15ish and after a long day this hassle was a tad annoying. Once a staff member was available he said that the info on the door was out of date and that he couldn't help us. All in all it took around 40 minutes to sort but with organisation this could have been avoided.

Friendly. Breakfast included but simple. Nothing hardy. Typical for Europe though.

Reviews online state that location is close to canal. Exceptionally hard to find but once you find it, it's easy to navigate back to.

the hotel has many places so the address is wrong, and they have to take you to your actual place, which is misleading.
