Hotel is located near the main bus station in Zagreb and there is also a tram station nearby. The lady at the reception was really nice. Rooms were clean and modern. The minibar was free to use.

The second night we did not have warm water, which is really not acceptable. The street can get loud at times, windows could be sealed better, but it was not a big deal.

The hotel is relatively close to the city center, we walked there for about 20 minutes. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel. We traveled by car and had a dedicated, supervised parking space and we did not have to pay extra for it. The bed was comfortable, clean and we benefited from large and small pillows. The bathroom was very well equipped with everything we needed, the shower is formidable. Although we did not hear any noise from the hallway or from the adjacent rooms, there was a little noise from the street, but even though I am a light sleeper, I still managed to get a good night's sleep. The room was equipped with everything we needed, except for slippers, but we had our own, so we were not bothered by this aspect. The reception staff we interacted with were helpful, with a smile on their faces and we felt warmly welcomed.

The noise outside was quite loud, but I managed to get some rest anyway. For those who sleep very lightly, I recommend earplugs.

Loved this hotel, beautifully decorated with great use of space. Shower was great and our room had a front and back balcony. Staff were really nice and helpful. Wifi was quick and no issues connecting. Franjo on reception was awesome and exceptionally helpful with our bags and information.

Parking was a bit of a squeeze with limited space but was free so no real complaint. Only a suggestion and not a complaint but we were very limited on the use of the balconies during our stay as it was raining most of the time. Maybe a roll out awning or even a large patio umbrella could let the balcony be used to make it accessible in any weather?

The room faces a very busy street. This makes the bedroom very loud, sounded like the window was open when it wasn't, although I know this can't necessarily be helped, maybe perhaps with more soundproofing/thicker curtains. The beds were also two seperate single beds despite requesting a double room, which were not fully connected to each other. The location is a little further out from the city centre, but accessible by frequent trams from both sides. It is very close to the bus station if you are taking a bus as part of your journey I would highly recommend it.

We stayed for just one night, but everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional — we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. High-quality materials throughout, with every detail carefully thought out to maximize comfort. The bed was super comfy, and the modern bathroom was a real highlight. The hotel is also ideally located — close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. All in all, a short stay that turned into a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We used Zagreb as a hub to travel in Slovenia and Croatia, so we stayed at Avenue21 three times over a couple of weeks. The hotel is very conveniently located—only a few minutes' walking distance from the bus terminal. It is also not that far from the Old Town and train station, so we walked everywhere; there is a tram/bus station right in front of it to go everywhere. It is a clean, modern, and stylish hotel, and some rooms have an amazing balcony! Staff (especially Franjo, the owner's son, and Anja) are very hospitable and helpful. We will definitely stay there if we return to Zagreb in the future.

Fantastic value hotel with spacious, comfortable and modern rooms (mine on the top floor included a large balcony) which was very clean, well maintained and had a good bathroom/shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and my stay was peaceful. The hotel is within walking distance of the main Zagreb bus station which was my reason for choosing this location to be convenient for my arrival, and the hotel was happy to store my luggage before check-in time.

As the hotel is a small property there are no facilities on the ground floor eg bar/lounge etc, however there are plenty of other places to choose from nearby.

This property was very close to the bus station where I came in and left from. It was walking distance and very close to the Tran to easily access the city tourist sites. The two women at the front desk were amazing. They were always friendly and helpful. I received a very good recommendation for dinner at a local food establishment and the food was excellent. They helped me manage my luggage even for two days after I checked out. The bed was the most comfortable that I have slept in after three weeks of travel in Europe. My stay could not have been better!

We only stayed at this hotel for one night while passing through Zagreb. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is new, modern, and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed thoughtfully designed, making for a very comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the wonderful woman at the reception desk. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome. Her professionalism and kindness truly enhanced our stay. She was attentive, efficient, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Even though our visit was short, the combination of a beautiful hotel and such excellent service left a lasting impression. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

Good location. About 5-minute walk from the bus terminal. It is also near to the tram station going to the old town by Tram #6. There was a Tommy Supermarket behind the hotel within 5-minute walk. The room was spacious, clean, cozy and well equipped. The facilities look new as well. There was heating on the bathroom floor. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The reception is only available from 6am to 11pm. The shower screen is a bit small and water tended to splash to the dry area, but it wasn't a big deal.
