Facilities/Furnishings, Were Way Better Than I Expected ! Cleanliness, Was Way Above Expectations Too ! Comfort, Was Better Than Expected ! Overall Value, Exceeded Expectations ! Location, Turned Out Better For The Extended Family/Friends/Places I Was Visiting Too, Extra Bonus YAY ! Everyone Went Above and Beyond Too !

Nothing, There Was Nothing That Was Above Normal Expectations and/or Could Be Addressed After I Checked Out Too ! Most Importantly, A Staff Members Seemed To Care, Want To Listen, and Want To Address Any Issues Immediately Too !

The front desk clerk was so nice and my husband said she gave me (wife) a compliment. Stove didn’t work she said she’ll switch our room but I was already pleased with her kindness didn’t want to be an hassle or move to different room. We enjoyed our stay still was able to cook (hot stove with me everywhere) and have fun. Coffee was great! Everyone was friendly and my room smell so good from Thursday to Sunday

I loved how close it was too all the stores and restaurants, the younger girl at the front desk was having a bad day we encountered a rude customer being so awful to her and yelling and screaming in the lobby but despite everything she was as sweet as she could be to all of the people trying to get checked in, us included!

The only thing they could’ve done better was have more towels available!

The cleanliness and quality of the room I stayed at TWO Extended Stays that I got the review mixed up— the one on Scenic Hwy the representative was EXCELLENT, helpful, and kind.

The check at Davis Hwy and Bloodworth Lane in was a little curt, but I don’t think the staff was totally to blame. It may have been a rough and long day. Scenic Hwy had soiled cleaning cloths in sink.

The staff was excellent especially Carmen, Lakeeta and Krystal. They all have great management skills and people skills. Very professional, would consider all for a promotion, I have seen them all work at front desk full of customers and their handling was exceptional.

The elevator was not functioning properly. Some days ok, other days I had use the stairs a lot

We were in Pensacola for a fishing weekend, and decided to stay one night. The Hotel was nice outside and very quite. The clerk that checked us in was very nice and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Just what we were looking for.

Bed is not adjusted right, but I have not told anyone about it yet. Other guests are not courtesies with noise, sitting in hallway, staircase, leaving side door propped open, and controlling their children from running the hall, beating on walls. Thank God that doesn't happen all the time though.

The room was clean, quite and comfortable. If we get chance to come back to Pensacola we would like to stay there again. 20 minutes to the greatest beaches was great

A second chair would be nice, when sitting at the table

I love the breakfast, the staff everyone was professional & nice very educated. And the location was is very quiet no problems the hotel is also quiet no problems or noise.

I liked everything about this Extended Stay Location.
