Facilities like pool and play area for the kids. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Spectacular view of the blue mountains!

Breakfast buffet, We've dropped some bacon and whilst we see someone with a pair of gloves and a chuck wiping the area to keep it clean I have also seen that person picked up the bacon on the same gloves and put it back into the food warmer! Cross contamination! That put us off from eating our breakfast.

Amazing facilities - such a relaxing place for families with kids. Fee cinema with kids movies every 2 hours definitely saved our sanity. Plus Ice Skating Rink, indoor playgrounds and arcade games, amazing pool with SPA and sauna, outdoor rainbow slide… Wonderful Easter Egg Hunt organised by the Hotel and mouthwatering Easter BBQ made our family Easter stay totally unforgettable!

The water pipes were quite noisy - especially at 6am when guests from other rooms were taking showers…

We loved our weekend stay and experience! We have a toddler and newborn, and we were so happy with the facilities and activities available - kids train ride (one AM and one PM session), soft play gyms (1 for under 4s and another for 3+), arcade games, swimming pools, ice-skating, pond (for feeding ducks and fish. BYO bread) and model train display, just to name a few things. There are so many activities, and some come at an extra cost. The restaurants are nice, the food was nice and the staff throughout the resort are great. Many facilities open really early and close late. I can see why many families would stay here, but the crowd is a good mix of families, couples, and groups. There is something for everyone.

Although the food was good, the food menus within the hotel didn't provide a lot of different options/variety. Very simple. Another on-site alternative is the golf club bistro, but I'm not sure what the menu is like. Generally, the room was clean and presented well. The bathtub in our room had hair around the tub and stuck in the drain. It may be a one-off occurrence, but it wasn't great to see.

I loved the beautiful location and views that surround the hotel. Very refreshing. The rooms were spotless and housekeeping done a great job. The staff were super friendly, conversing with us and helping us with anything we needed, and the concierge was very friendly. Most of all i loved all the activities for children. My son had so much to do. The cinemas, kids zone and games room, pool, the awesome rainbow slide and all the other things provided made our stay super fun and exciting. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It felt like i had travelled overseas.

Big hotel catering for families. The grounds were big and the rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly.

The jumping castle was only open for 2 hrs, the rainbow slide was only open for 3hrs. The train ride was only at 9am every day. Would have thought these activities would be available for most of the day for the kids. The glass shower panel in the bathroom was too small so if an adult was showering, water made it's way to the floor and the bathmat was soaked. The golfers also used the upper car park closer to the hotel entrance so most of guests had to park in the lower levels which is further away from the hotel. There are only steps to go up to the hotel entrance so best to drop off your bags with the concierge before finding parking.

It has changed a bit since our last visit. The rainbow slide in the view from the Megalong wing seemed a bit unnecessary. As a couple without kids there seemed to be a lot seeking to attract families. Housekeeping and concierge staff were friendly and attentive.

Breakfast was good but quite expensive and not that diverse in options that you would want from modern hotel breakfasts (eg no way to toast waffles or banana bread, no haloumi or cheeses, no chorizo, no berries). Breakfast check in staff were a bit less helpful/ kind. Parking is kind of annoying if you can’t get a space in lot 1. If you aren’t familiar with access from lot 2-4 it can be difficult to locate the lobby from there.

Location is beyond expectation, the views were breathtaking and a must visit! The rooms were clean and spacious (definitely got our steps in here!). Loads of choice for breakfast and always with a view. Loved the magazines and info around, the train for the kids and I think the fish were also a highlight!

The pool was still quite chilly even heated! We were out of season so was way too cold for the outdoor pool. The kids were a bit gutted the slide wasn’t working and some of the play equipment could do with an update.

Facilities were great although everyhting needs extra payment which is a little disheartening because you've already spent the extra to stay but nevertheless great options available.

Breakfast buffet was overpriced for the variety available tbh I've had better buffets for the same price like wayyyyy better buffets. The dinner options were minimal and didn't taste that great which was unfortunate. and there isn't many other options outside the resort either which makes it hard to enjoy food when on holiday as that is a must when on a trip especially a resort.

Staff were great and helpful. Especially Chris who helped organise our dinner plans. Front staff and reception and concierge were also very lovely. The location is great if you like to do bush walks. It had a great view, we were lucky with out timing of when we got there. However best to check the weather since it started to rain and got reallllyyy foggy. It's also not too far from the three sisters so we did the night walk there. This resort is a 9.8/10.

This place is great! But if I had to be picky. Bathroom had weird pressure. Sink was too strong and shower wasn't strong enough. Didn't like that it wasn't a detachable shower head. But that is a personal preference.

It was our second time at the Resort and we loved the premises as usual.

The weather was not good and all outdoors kids activities were cancelled. And even tho there are a few things to do inside, they were mostly for girls or didn't meet the kids interest (around 11yo buys). I would suggest a Room/Club for the kids to play games (age appropriate), guided activities and make friends. A monitor would be essential. Parents could leave there kids there for a period of time. Just an idea for when the weather is an issue and school holidays are ON.
