Perfect location for us, right on the lake and a short walk to the town centre. The hotel rooms and breakfast area were modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to hire bikes from the reception and park our car.

It was a shame that the rooftop area was only used for breakfast, would have been nice to have the bar or restaurant facilities used on an evening as it was modern and has a lovely view of the lake. The downstairs bar and restaurant were quite outdated.

Lovely location for us, being by the marina and next to one of the only public beaches. There’s a lively bar at the marina if you like cool vibes and from there you can walk through all the gorgeous parks into town. Very modern clean room and wonderful staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. Owner very involved.

Only negative was a bath shower rather than walk in (I’m very tall!)

A very nice hotel with friendly service. The breakfasts, which are on the top floor, are very nice. The rooms are newly renovated and very nicely furnished.

The parking lot is quite small. And when we were there, a tour bus was parked there for several days, taking up a lot of spots. This further reduced the parking lot's capacity.

We got upgraded to front balcony view for our honeymoon FOC and we're provided with some complimentary Limonchello :)

My only complaint would be the availability and access to car parking at the hotel was quited limited and hard to manovour

Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool area was brilliant. Bit of a trek into Riva town but that was reflected in the great price and we used the Garda Card to get free buses. Would definitely recommend it

Lovely views from the room. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Fantastic little touches such as helping us with our luggage on arrival to the cleaner kindly folding our bedclothes up and laying them out. Everything worked and all the staff seemed happy and happy to help. We were made to feel welcome and The staff went there extra mile. Sad that I didn’t get a dip in the pool but next time. Handy car park and good accessible location. Modern facilities in the room. Great shower. Fantastic balcony and view. And a fridge - bonus! Oh and breakfast on the veranda on my birthday! They laid a table out there on request - so nice even in the cooler month of October!

This is more on us but we would have liked to have been closer to the old town (well, my husband would have as he didn’t want to do the walk the lazy so and so 😂). Be aware that if you are at the front of the hotel it is a busy and noisy road below.

Great location. I was worried it would be a bit noisy but no problems with that. Clean room and was a reasonable size with a balcony. Breakfast served on top floor with fabulous views to go with a good choice of food.

Pool is across the road which is a slight negative but it's no bother to get to it

Amazing hotel with a bright modern interior room and spotlessly clean. The view of Riva del Garda harbour from the balcony was stunning just like a postcard view. Breakfast is a very good buffet choice on the panoramic terrace. Location is a perfect walking distance to the town. All Staff especially the reception ladies, were very accommodating and welcoming. My now fiancée and I got engaged during our stay 😊 I was struggling to find a private boat company to take my partner out to propose to her, but the hotel put me in contact with the perfect man for the job with a sweet boat and took us to a nearby hidden cave with a waterfall. When we arrived back to the hotel after I proposed, Roses and rose petals were placed throughout our room. It was a beautiful classy gesture. I would just like to say thank you all so much for a fantastic memorable stay and I would 100% recommend Hotel Riviera. We will definitely return.

Beautiful views from the room and at breakfast. Room was very clean as well. Easy walk into the city centre and plenty of food options around the hotel.
