Lots of positives and only a few negatives. It was an easy check in procedure all done without any reception etc. The apartment itself is a great size and has great amenities, even moisturiser and washing up liquid - really helpful. Coffee pods were a real bonus also. The shower was great, I was able to connect my phone Netflix to the tv nice and easy and the location was perfect. Its right by the train station which is easy to use and around a 45 minute walk into Berlin, which really suited me. It was close to a few parks I went on a run around, really happy with the location.

The biggest negative for me is that it was so hot in the room and as its right by a train line I couldn't open the doors as it was too loud. Maybe a fan could remedy this somewhat? Thats my only negative.

Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, would definitely return again! • It was spacious, modern and clean, with all amenities/extras we needed (including hairdryer, towels, toiletries, coffee/tea/sugar etc). Good storage space, 2 large wardrobes with drawers inside provided, with desk and other sideboards. • It’s located in Pankow and approx 10min walk to Pankow S+U Bahn station - with great transport links around Berlin. • Good options for food and drink in Pankow, but we mostly travelled into the city centre. Also great for shops, there is a small convenience store underneath the apartment building and also a huge supermarket (in a shopping centre) approx 10min walk away. • We appreciated how secure and safe the apartment building was, there’s two key-fob entry doors to pass through and nice, modern lobby/lift area. • We really liked how our apartment had 3 huge doors/windows that open out onto a balcony. • Bathroom was clean and modern, shower was lovely and powerful (just be careful and make sure the shower curtain is fully closed!). • We visited in March and noted how quiet the area was at night, seemed very residential. If you want a busier area for drinking, we’d recommend getting S-Bahn to Warschauer Str. or other areas closer to Berlin city centre. • Good communication from the NeoApartments team, using WhatsApp to update on how/when to check in/out. Also a booklet is provided in the apartment with important information and recommendations for food/drink/activities. • Free Wi-Fi works well and TV allows you to screen share (connect phone), alongside using Netflix (just need to log in). Overall, would definitely recommend! :) (Only photo I took of the apartment was view from balcony).

There was nothing about the property or building itself we didn’t like - we were completely satisfied! Important to note for others: • Apartment building is situated next to a railway line (that runs throughout night/day). Although this didn’t bother us, other people may find it a bit loud (especially when the windows are open that face the tracks). • Apartment building is situated opposite a 24hr strip/brothel bar, again we weren’t bothered about this but it could be an issue for those with younger children. However, these can’t be changed by the apartment staff so this is not anything against them. Just thought it was something to point out for others.

The location was perfect for me since I have friends living nearby. Plenty of stores and restaurants just a block away. Nice to. have a balcony. Their apartments are spacious, modern and always very clean. Wifi and TV worked fine, no prob. The mini kitchen was perfect for a guy on the move.

The key boxes are not welly lit, the numbers are hard to read and boxes are too low for old folks like me. Other than that, well, the pillows are giant, square and overfilled - uncomfortable for anyone who's used to US style pillows .I bring my own along.

The location in Pankow was perfect for me since I have friends in the area. The S+U bahn station is only one long block and a half away. The decor is modern, pleasant, 2 bottles of water and some coffee capsules are ready for use. The kitchen is well equipped and the places are always super clean. A balcony is a plus for our smoker friends. There's a close by main street with plenty of restaurants and what-not stores. Ah yes, I forgot to mention the späti shop just next to the buiklding - open late with some essentials. I much rather prefer these studios to an overpriced hotel.

The communication regarding the lock boxes was not perfect. I needed to contact them twice and request the check in info since by check-in time they had not sent it. Maybe it was a WhatsApp glitch, but annoying none the less. The office staff is always courteous and friendly. One other issue is that the lock box area is not well lighted. The boxes are mounted quite low and it's difficult to read the numbers on the lock.

the location was easily reachable, the accommodation had everything needed for a short and comfortable stay: a coffee machine with coffee capsules and, a kettle with tea; the possibility to cook; a spacious apartment, and comfy beds.

If TV is provided, make sure that the programs there, like Disney or Netflix, are available. Otherwise, I see no use in them. Considering the close location to the station, it was very noisy (public transportation like trains). There is nothing the owners can do about it, but for sensitive people, it is hard to relax and have a restful night.

Very nice and clean apartment in the calm neighborhood of Pankow. Welcoming water and coffee are much appreciated. Rooms and bathroom are spacious and brightly clean. Bed comfortable. The apartment have a nice terrace with plenty of soon in the morning. At each step, it's obvious that Neohostel staff care about their guests.

For the first two days, the Internet was stable, but on the third day, the modem had some interruptions with the Internet signal. I hope that is only a temporary problem. We contacted the staff of Neohostel and explained the problem with the Internet. It can be fixed easily.

Wow. The appartment position is perfect. It's a quite zone but in less than 10 minutes walking you reach Pankow station where you find U-Bahn and S-Bahn and from there you can go everywhere you want. The appartment is big, very clean and comfortable. If you need water, drinks or something, there is a small shop as you exit the building, and there's plenty of places to shop or eat all around Pankow. The self-check-in is easy and in case you need help the staff is very responsive and gentle by WhatsApp. This place jumped immediately on top of my list for the next travel to Berlin!!

Comfort, good temperature inside the apartment, terrace, check-in and out, laundry, cleaness of apartment with some cleaning tools provided, the possibility to contact anytime by phone call or messafe the NEOApartments

It would have been helpful to have a fan in the bathroom to help with humidity after showering, more towel hangers in the bathroom, more hangers for clothes in the dresser, and having few more pillows

Cleanest property we have stayed in! Felt bigger than the impression from photos. 8 min walk to train station, heaps of nearby supermarkets, cute mall 10 mins walk. Safe family neighborhood. Apartment is in a modern, new, block of maybe 40 apartments, we saw very few people coming and going. Good cooking facilities. Very friendly staff member on-site but we didn’t need him as the instructions for key pick up etc were very easy and clear. A few restaurants around, we took the train two stops (20 mins door to door) for more restaurant options. Very easy to get to all tourist destinations on the train.

Room was hot and train noise. Didn’t realise there was no air conditioning, the room did get hot. There are 3 lovely big doors to open on to balcony which is nice if there is a breeze but that lets the train noise in, which is very loud. Good soundproofing when the doors are closed, just sounds like a few seconds of light distant thunder. Doesn’t seem to be a busy train line but it is annoying with windows open.

Great location, very close to active streets with restaurants and many small shops with necessities. There is a "Späti" shop (open late with spirits, some groceries, cigarettes) directly next to the building.

The side of the building I was on was just across from a major S Bahn and street car line, I believe on the easterly siide of the building, causing all night train noise. The windows didn't quite provide enough noise insulation. Next time I'll be sure to get a westerly side room. The pillows were IKEA giant size, not really like US style/size. I'll bring my own pillow.
