The property is located in the heart of Byron proper which made walking to all the attractions possible! The natural light and ability to open the windows with proper screens allowed for a cross breeze that kept the place cool without the use of the air con and the amenities such as kitchen and washer and dryer came in very handy.

There was nothing to complain about… even the parking was easy!

Central location Spacious 3 balconies A really lovely and very comfortable place to stay for your visit to Byron Bay. I can't recommend it enough. (If you have young children, it's worth noting that with Terrace 6, the bedrooms are all on different floors with the large king-size bed being on the top and the twin rooms on 2 separate floors below so you may feel too far away).

Not The Terraces fault but we all felt Byron should stop charging for parking. V off-putting given that visitors come in to town and spend money. Also noted a generalised intolerance towards tourists..eg waited 30 mins in coffee queue while locals who ordered after us were served first … kind of unwelcoming. Luckily, the beauty of BB compensates.

Great location, love being able to walk to beach and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and lounge. Nicely decorated interior. Good size kitchen and facilities. Undercover secure parking area.

Trip hazard with change of floor levels going into the kitchen and laundry areas. That 30mm got our toes too many times.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Byron on the beach. It had all the amenity you could need for your stay and the apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Giles, the host, was an absolute superstar! We lost the keys and forgot our belongings there after our stay and Giles was so quick to get it sorted and organized. We can’t thank you enough! Cannot recommend our stay at the Terraces more highly.

The location was fantastic! Very easy to relax and get everywhere without any fuss.

I didn’t realise the rooms were split across three levels, the first night I was nervous of my young kids having to go up the stairs to find me but after that it was fine. Very comfortable- I just hadn’t realised prior to booking but it was fine

The property is in a great location, a very quick walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Having secure parking underneath was great. The bedrooms being split over three levels suited our group of friends. The property was clean and the beds were comfy.

Great location, walking distance to main street restaurants, bars and beach. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of five adults & teenagers. Secure off-street parking an added bonus.

Would be a nice touch to have a few extra items in the kitchen like foil, cling wrap, oil, more dish liquid (was nearly empty), more rubbish bags, utensils like scissors, maybe a platter or cheeseboard.

Just a small thing, there needs to be more lighting in the living room. The one ceiling fan light wasn’t quite sufficient. Maybe a floor lamp might help. Loved everything else!!
