I loved everything about the place,the sheets were very warm, spacious bathroom, spacious kitchen as well.the room was kept warm as requested I really enjoyed my stay and I'm looking forward to my next visit

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't operate the washing and the room service couldn't come to my rescue on Time..but otherwise everything was perfect

I had a fantastic stay at this charming little hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in every aspect of the service. Great value for money—I’ll definitely be back!

The drive to get into the parking is very narrow, especially if you have a big car.

Luthando & Lebo as the first point of contact were a pleasure to interact with. The coffee station had enough supplies unlike other hotels I've been to.

No microwave in the standard room. The TV was a nightmare to operate, I just ended up not even switching it on anymore. I suggest the hotel tries chromecast. The hotel will have a select standard channels then for the chromecast guests will just connect whatever they want to watch from their phones directly to the TV screen. With chromecast you can watch anything and still be able to use your phone.

Overall the stay was good. I like that there was s smart TV, the place was safe and we had a good time there. The breakfast was good however it presented some miscommunication issues. It's a very clean, comfy space, simplistic but ot works.

We enjoyed our stay until we had to go for breakfast. I clearly booked for 2 people but was told that breakfast was for 1 person, meaning both of us have to utilize R150, although after some communication with reception the issue was resolved. It just wasn't right that we had to put up with that. I think they should have a breakfast menu for guests that amounts R150 pp amount instead of the "R150 off at our restaurant" style. That would make things easier for both them and the guests.

My stay was very comfortable and property was clean and well kept upon arrival. The staff at Reception were very helpful, professional and kind. They attended to queries and requests promptly. I was happy with the facility overall.

The room A/C was operating only on cold temperature however I notified reception of the same and was provided with a portable heater which helped. Housekeeping was inadequate as they did not come to do turn around for two days regardless of having requested them to tidy up. Turndown service was done only once during my stay after numerous requests.

The reception staff were amazing and helpful throughout the stay. I used the shuttle service once, and it was so convenient and comfortable - definitely a winning feature. The cafe had good food, just like reviews said. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Housekeeping is not the greatest as per previous reviews. Pity it hasn't been addressed. - Towels were dirty, so you may want to pack your own. - Bins not emptied - Tea station not replenished

Thank you..we celebrated our 30 year anniversary peacefully. We enjoyed our stay. Clean facilities,staff very friendly surely we will come back. Keep up the good work.. Our room was well prepared staff went out of their way to make it lovely with the Deco. Thank you very much

The lights and mirrors complement the rooms and also the views outside

It looked like it was under construction at the reception so it was really untidy

I did not eat breakfast

There was no iron in the room, but requested one. The iron was very dirty from burning, if they can please clean the iron before giving it to the guest.

I had a great hotel stay, i love that the place is close to restaurants and the stuff responded quickly whenever I needed assistance with something... I would highly recommend the place 😊

When I ordered breakfast it was bought in throw away plates and didin't come with any cutlery , it would have been nice if it was bought in proper plates and get cutlery.
