Paragon Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area. Its location is unbeatable , just 8 minutes from the bus station, which connects you to everywhere. It's surrounded by plenty of food options, supermarkets, pharmacies, and currency exchange stores, making it incredibly convenient. The staff is exceptionally polite and friendly, and the housekeeping service is outstanding. Despite being close to the city center, the hotel is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The facilities in the apartment were great, and whenever we needed something extra, they promptly provided it. A special mention to Iries, whose warm hospitality made our stay even better. From booking time to check-out, communication was seamless, and the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Very friendly and professional staff. Special mention to the Filipino housekeeping staff who made sure our room is always serviced, cleaned and well-stocked with pantry essentials like bottled mineral water, teas, instant coffee and sugar sachets.

A lot of the listed kitchen utensils inside the apartment such as pots and pans, cutlery and glassware were missing and we had to request for it but did not get it until our second day of stay so we had to improvise and make do with disposables from the nearby supermarket.

Reception team are very welcoming. Appreciate they managed to extend stay at late notice. One bedroom apartment was a decent size. Location is good with nearby mall , bus station and everything you need.

No gym or pool in property. Shower in bathroom leaking outside , I reported the issue and plumber did not try to fix it. Satellite TV signal was lost after big storm, asked to be repaired , technician didn't give good excuse why it can't be fixed.

Location was convenient with banks, hospitals, food stores, public transportations and others are kind of nearby distance. Room is well equipped with all necessary facilities and devices. Staffs are so helpful on providing service requested.

Few interior apartment facilities need to be fix or repair including to provide after shower floor towel, AC return air flow louver frame to be clean up regularly as it was full of dusty on surface, above kitchen ceiling area AC unit condensate water leaking in the kitchen area, and to replace old kitchenware item especially pan and pot. Is important to improve on quality of work and corrective work to be implemented on in-house maintenance/facility team. Overall, all above mentioned comments are fixable and no major disappointment during the stay.

I want to highlight the outstanding service provided by Ibrahim and Abubaker. Ibrahim, who works at the night desk, offers the best customer service I’ve experienced. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stand out. Abubaker, on the other hand, was incredibly helpful and polite. His assistance was amazing and fast. Both of them went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate their excellent service!

Excellent location right by the bus stop. There is a supermarket a short walk away. There was a kitchen and even a washing machine in our room. The attitude of the staff was good. Housekeeping could be a little better but bed linen and towels were changed daily.

Some of the receptionists didn't speak much English so it was difficult to communicate with them. Housekeeping could be a little better. The biggest problem was with the bathroom, where the shower door would not close, so there was water all over the bathroom.

Kitchen tools are too old. If you plan to cook get a knife, salt and pepper. AC can't switch off (turn into fan) Bathroom towels are too old and have some black stains (most likely colors) still good to use. Booked a king bed got a twin bed and was told "free upgrade sir" was too tired to argue.

The bad was an old one I guess. It's was too hard like a marble. I asked them to kindly change it if it's possible but nothing changed. But the ladies who clean the room was so nice to put drawsheets on the mattress so I'd sleep. It's a nice place btw I liked that. Worthed the money, thanks.
