I always come back to Queen Palace Hotel because of the amazing hospitality of all staff . All staff in the reception lobby were all nice and you feel welcome . They smile and very helpful at all times . Mambo , the life guard offered me free towel and welcomed me in the pool area. He is very polite and happy to help at all times .

I’m in the 10th floor and I could not hear any club , or loud music from the bars or pub . My stay was unforgettable. Good vibes , nice ambience and I love the centralised music.

Room was very spacious and comfortable Restaurant to have breakfast and the breakfast itself were excellent Location was good Staff at reception and in the restaurant were polite

The bars in the hotel were all noisy and looked like clubs. A proper pub with no music would be more appealing to overseas guests

The location was great for my free evenings. The staff was very nice and polite. Good choice of breakfast every morning.

I was on no smoking floor so there's nothing I would dislike about this property. I would definitely book and stay there again.

Breakfast was good considering the price yet it could be improved by having more options. Receptionist was nice enough to let us check out at a later time.

Less breakfast options, handsoap was almost empty and not dispensing anymore and seem to be mildew was there around the sink.

I liked everything here. All the employees, without exception, meet the order in less than five minutes. Whatever the problem, all the services are available in one place and of good quality.

There's just a few things I didn't like, like no bathroom gown

I liked most are the staffs. They were very helpful and accomodating. Even the room was very clean and organized. There's a bar that you can hangout with good staffs also. I want to recognize Ms. Regina, she is very good, I think she is perfect in the reception. Thats it. Keep up the good work. Hope to stay again for my next visit. I will recommend it to my friends.

Only the time is there issue mean you can chose the time there as par u want there is fix time for the check-in if that one they give as per need then will.be more better

Great staff who are friendly and welcoming and made sure all my requests were attended to. The bed was extremely comfortable. Sahoor/breakfast was lush and had so many items . Will definitely re-visit

Everything is was good except the first experience in the check in time the Syrian man and Philpino girl in the reception I feel like someone forcing them on a gun point to stay and work .no hi no hello nothing not professional at all .thare is white face girl not sure from whare but she is very professional.

I love the location as it is close to Jolibee Restaurant and to Gold Souq Madinat Zayed.

Two of us checked-in with my partner but the Hotel has only one towel. I called the reception and requested for another towel but unfortunately 'till we check-out we didn't received the extra towel.
