Location location location!!! Overlooking the Roman ruins from room No 2. Absolutely perfect for travelling around the city. Great bars and restaurants right underneath. Public transport right on your doorstep.
4 night stay and no towel change or fresh water daily. Black out curtain would have been great. Would 100 % stay here again. Staff amazing, helpful and friendly. Superb breakfast. Comfortable beds!!

Very nice location, awesome cafe right next door (Bar Amore) where we bought breakfast every morning. Very caring manager. Clean facility and nice view.
Our room had thin walls to noisy neighbours of another Hotel causing us to wake up at night, however the manager was available instantly at 03:00 and ensured that the noise stopped and got us a new room right next day! City-Tax was not transparent to me, since we stayed 4 nights but were charged 48€ making it 12€/night which seems odd. We payed it right at checkin but then during checkout were asked to pay another 55€ since the lady at the counter did not note down that we payed already. We proved the payment by showing receipts and called it a day but still the math doesn’t add up (why 55?). So recommend everyone to keep a receipt of the city tax payment if you pay at checkin.

A very comfortable and relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed this BnB, it was one of the best places we stayed during our 5 weeks in Europe. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean, location is good (20-25 minutes walk from the Colosseum, Vatican City, etc). We really liked that there was a large smart TV in our room where we could access streaming apps :)
Unfortunately, we didn’t get to have breakfast during our stay because we had early tours and needed to leave by 7:45-8am each morning. It was a shame as I had seen the good reviews and thought it was good value to be included.

Location was ideal close to the cat sanctuary and place of Julius Caesar’s assassination. Convenient and affordable pizza place below. 9 minutes walk to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The staff were very helpful. Nice secure location with entry code system, elevator and AC. The beds were comfortable. We appreciate the kind hospitality. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Very busy street out front. The congestion made it difficult to find a taxi. Taxi stand was a block away but very convenient to walk, bus or trolley. The AC made a regular buzzing noise all night but I think it was the dehumidifier. We really felt the humidity when it was turned off so dealt with it. The shower was too small to even turn around. Forget about bending over. The patio only had tables, not like pictures on booking site. We were never able to use the patio for breakfast due to others getting there first and you need to book it with kitchen staff ahead of time.

Perfect location, walking distance to all the main sights plus the restaurant area of Trastevere but also away from the crowds. Spacious, clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff. Really happy with our stay and would highly recommend for a sightseeing stay in Rome. We stayed in a family room and had plenty of space for 4 plus an additional bed we didn’t expect so the kids were happy they didn’t have to share!
The only point for improvement was the shower which was weak and unreliable hot water.

The location was perfect, with all major attractions in walking distance. The staff was very accommodating and extremely pleasant. Beds were comfy and breakfast options were plenty. Would definitely recommend.
A very minor detail, but our shower only had a detachable head, not an overhead fixture. The detachable head did not flex and shot water straight out, making it difficult to shower without being sprayed in the face. For just a few nights, this was OK and workable.

After the payment I received a text with the code of the door and instructions. The room was big and clean. The bed is comfortable. Despite the location at the center of the city the night was quiet and we had good rest. The breakfast is typical European. We had a croissant, gem, yogurt and coffee. There is an option for an American breakfast that includes one boiled egg, some slices of cheese and hum. The location is perfect. We can get anywhere within a 20 minute walk .
It would be nice to have more nourish breakfast
