We always stay here now to visit family when in Melbourne. It isn’t the closest motel to family members but it is the best. It is always beautifully clean. Lots of room, drawers, bench space. Lovely bathroom. Couch and tv. Undercover parking. Good sound proofing, you hardly hear the traffic and it is right by the railway station. It is the best value for money in the area - we have tried a couple of other motels but decided this one is by far the best in every way.

Convenience Staff also put a microwave into the room due to staying two weeks and gave us an extra ticket for room service Towels are fluffy and bed is comfortable

Carpets create a musty smell The door was really heavy had to use my whole body to push it open The fan in bathroom is really loud and isn’t separate from the light switch so if we got up early in the morning to use the bathroom it can be a bit of a hearing shock Heating system made a lot of noise like it could be giving up on life

As 2 lady’s travelling we didn’t feel comfortable staying here. From having no lift and having to carry suitcases up a stairwell, to the inside looking like an abandoned motel in a horror movie this place needs a big face lift. Very noisy - could hear other peoples conversations through the walls. Arriving late at night the room was freezing as the window was wide open.

We travelled with a service dog and 2 people with disability. The staff were wonderful, kind, and super thoughtful. They put out a water bowl and even made a little bed for our pup. She was working exceptionally hard during our stay, and we were all very grateful to have a welcoming, safe space to come 'home' to. Thank you for being so thoughtful. We really appreciated it. Would highly recommend.

Nothing really. Everything was clean and easy to access. Being able to come and go easily was helpful and it was perfectly central to where we needed to be.

Really helpful staff when my flights kept getting delayed and I ended up checking in at 11.30pm. Thier flesibility and quick resonses helped! The room is quickly made nice and warm but I like being able to air it during the day by opening a (secure) window for fresh air. The beds are fantasticaly clean and comfortable.

A few item such as a plate, bowl and cutlery would be good as it doesn't serve food.

Good size room. The staff was very helpful and understanding.

We arrived pretty late (close to 10pm). The temperature outside by then was about 7C. Both our rooms had their window wide open, so the rooms were really chilly. Especially for me who never worked out the heater - cold night but probably from my doing. All this to say that I am all for airing the room but maybe in colder weather if by 4pm or 5pm people still haven't checked in it would be good to routinely shut the windows.

The room was clean and tidy, exceptional amount of cupboard space. The bed was very comfortable.

I requested a ground floor room, which I was given, however I was not expecting to have to climb stairs from the carpark to that "ground" floor. Also there were no reading lamps above the bed, just downlights that lit up too great an area.

So clean. Spacious! Plenty of surfaces for all your 'stuff' which is rare. I couldn't hear any traffic.

Bathroom suggestions. In room 105 there's a step up into the shower which I didn't see and hurt my big toe. Might I suggest some reflector tape on it. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs attention - you can hear it working but it's not at all effective. The shower recess needed a good scrub too - probably as a result of an ineffective fan.

Helpful and knowledgable staff. Lovely clean and very comfortable big beds. Easily able to get more supplies as needed - I personally like the way you can choose when to have your room cleaned and serviced.

The lighting system is a little strange for the family bedroom - would be good to be able to turn off lilghts over beds iby pairs. It would be great to get some food services back.

Chose location due to proximity to public transport for daughter who met us there. Well positioned to Eastlink, Eastland and ultimately our destination on check out (family wedding in Warrandyte.

Our room was on the second floor and there was no lift. Receptionist checked whether we could swop to ground floor but not possible. I hadn’t thought about access with my dodgy hip.
