Kathie and Pete were welcoming and friendly, they even gave us a courtesy call to advise us if we wanted to check in early then we could which was nice. The room (Ruby Chic) was a good size for a couple and the bed was comfortable. We were also provided with fresh milk and bottled water each day of our stay. Tea/ coffees and kettle were also provided in our room and a choice of biscuits. The bathroom had a shower and was quite roomy. We had to complete a breakfast tick sheet each night ready for the morning. The choices were great (vegetarian options were available) it was all freshly prepared and tasty. They also accompanied other requests too. The B&B had an outside seating area and also a bar which we didn't make use of but looked nice and was reasonably priced. Kathie and Pete also had a Labrador called Ollie who was well behaved and friendly. In regards to local amenities there was a pub down the road and it was close to the tram station (5 minute walk) which could take you into all the piers, Blackpool tower and pleasure beach. £6 for a return ticket or a family of 4 was £18 for the day. All in all we found the North Crest B&B a lovely place to stay during our family trip to Blackpool. Thank you both for a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay. Absolutely fantastic. Kathie and Pete was such good hosts really attentive. Beautifully decorated. Everything you could possibly need for your stay. Breakfast absolutely gorgeous and really appreciate the willingness to do my foodie requests ha ha. Love the attention to detail. The small things like fresh milk in our room. We brought milk as normally you get this little pasteurised milks and we love a good cuppa. The little extras like shower gel and netflix and Disney plus when we were chilling in the evening after a long day exploring. The little things make all the difference. Were already planning on when we can next visit next year. Cherry on the cake ....Ollie the golden lab. Absolute little gem and sweetheart.

Nothing to not like. A perfect stay

First time at hotel amazing hosts Pete and Kath were very friendly made you very welcome and well with our daughter age 9. Bar outstanding you name a drink and that would be provided breakfast was fab catered very well for and plenty range for us and our daughter who is fussy. Exceptionally clean and spotless both rooms and area and very happy with coffee and water provided in rooms especially bottles of water and dressing gowns great outdoor area especially we had good weather. Off street parking no problem and only 5 to 10 minute walk to tram bus stop as this hotel is 4 star and as aware it is always hard to find a great hotel in blackpool we would rate this as a 5 star hotel and we would not hesitate to book again again oh and ollie the dog very friendly and funny would defo return

There is nothing we did not like all outstanding apart from having to come home

Each year we bring our kids to Blackpool and each year I somehow find the worst hotel to stay. But not this time. North Crest was a lovely place to stay. I went in first to check us in and came back out and said to my partner if the entryway is anything to go by I’m looking forward to seeing the room. Our room ‘Enchantment’ was beautiful. Loved the decor. The room was perfect for us 2 adults and 2 kids. We only had two little niggles. One being we were on the very top floor - tiring getting to the top with 2 kids and luggage. Ans d the second being the shower. The pressure was barely there and the water was freezing so we gave up with it. The breakfast was so nice. The food was great and the breakfast room again was decorated lovely. Everywhere was so clean and well looked after. Both owners were friendly and polite.

A gem of a find in Blackpool- superb location the hosts Kathie and Pete could not have made it any better so helpful - accommodating - flexible and above all great to chat with- the hotel had everything we needed for an overnight stay - lovely decor and superbly clean ! The bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast had everything all home cooked and Served hot to the table. Kathie went over and above any requests we had thankyou for making our stay a wonderful experience - we will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Blackpool - thankyou 👍

We loved the attention to details, little things that they added to the rooms, which made the stay so comfortable like you get Prime/Netflix because not everybody is into TV, but a lot of people prefer online platforms for a quick movie without ads and can skip the parts they don't like so they had that facility, they had vanity mirrors, even curly hair dryer (Diffuser) which I have never seen at any hotel. Because i am naturally Curly hair girl so i loved that they included it. Along with it the hosts are so polite and kind, they cooked us fresh breakfast, first they got us seated and then they served us with hot food.

The accommodation is absolutely beautifully kept, and you can tell it is the owners pride and joy. The breakfast was very tasty and plentyful. We had to check in late as the traffic was bad getting there. They were very understanding and accommodating. I forgot to bring a coat/jacket stupidly. They let me use one of theirs which was very nice of them. They let us leave devices to charge also beyond check out. Very friendly, will definitely return!

The bed the kids slept in, the mattress was too hard. Only poor point. Everything else was excellent.

This was very impressive, the room was immaculate and the little extras that were provided did not go unnoticed. Fridge in room had bottle water and milk for making drinks with facilities provided in the room. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and the dog Ollie was a lovely dog. The breakfast in the morning was by far the best breakfast I’ve ever had stopping in a b&b! There was not a single thing that did not meet or exceed expectations!! 10/10 would stay again! If you are thinking about staying in Blackpool definitely stay at north crest!
