Warm breakfast included and plenty to start your day on a good note. Staff was courteous and very helpful. The personnel at the reception were very helpful in accommodating individual needs. I must mention that Sheikh working as shuttle driver / reception was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and worry free. Thank you, Shei!

The location of this hotel is excellent for getting around Queens and Flushing in general. The hotel is clean, upkept very well. rooms are comfortable, but the staff is what makes it worth the stay. They are always helpful, courteous and friendly. Been here several times over the years and each time is a joy

Located in queens China town, close to 2 shopping malls and many, many Asian restaurants. The staff was helpful. They sent the complimentary shuttle to pick us up from the airport in about 30 minutes after we called. The room is big, clean, with all you need. Deposit 35 usd. Breakfast included, good, with Asian options.

You couldn’t open windows at all. No free water.

Staff at the front desk were very accommodating & housekeeping. The location is excellent. The shuttle service to lga is priceless. Our room was large and comfortable.

Hmmmm... the coffee was weak on the second and third days of our stay, not sure what changed. We love a good cup first cup in the morning.

Considering the price and location, the hotel and room was fine. The hotel and room were clean and staff was supportive and courteous. I chose the location due to being close to LGA airport for a one night stay and to see a bit of Flushing and some good Asian food and shopping.

Nothing of significance. The hotel is showing a bit of age but is still adquately clean and maintained.

Breakfast was very good! Location was perfect with a park close by and many food options that were delicious. The views from the room were stunning.

The sink in the bathroom had a crack in it and the soap bar wrapper was dirty when we first went in the bathroom.

My family and I had a great stay. The hotel had a great breakfast option. They are located very close to the train station. They gave free bottles of waters whenever you needed them at the front desk and gave free transportation from and to the airport. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

The property was well taken care of. The staff was on point, and the breakfast was good. Good overall experience.

The food could have been a bit better. But it wasn't bad. The parking situation typical of New York but bad unfortunately.

Beds mattresses too soft and breakfast unworthy of the Hyatt brand. The powdered eggs are only eggy in color, and there's not much choice, which is a pity.
