By far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Customer service from the get go superb. Friendly lady helped with late check in and guidance. Talked through all the useful things you need to know about getting the most out of the hotel/area. Cool reception area with useful equipment, games, drinks and information. Lovely room, simple and clean and lovely view of the mini marina, pool and garden. Comfy bed, coffee making facilities and fridge in room, nicely laid out. Lovely grounds, heated pool, private beach. Nice walk around the hotel. Kayaks and bikes to borrow free of charge!! Superb location just off the main road for the Keys. Shops nearby. Cannot fault, great for couples and ideal for a mini beach holiday/outdoors activities and being near to everything in the Keys.

Cannot say one single negative. Would 100% stay here again when returning to Florida.

Perfectly located to visit key west, seascape is a hidden paradise. Gorgeous views, beautiful clean grounds, generous facilities like pool, bbq pits, kayaks, bait, several chairs to lounge. Quiet, peaceful and just perfect for our family holiday.

If I had to nitpick, the bathroom in cabin number 5 was small and I don’t personally like tubs to shower in bathrooms. We didn’t have a room with a kitchenette or cutlery, which was nicely explained by sandy upon check in. We got take out once, and needed some plastic spoons. Perhaps this can be kept in rooms along with the coffee products. Just a suggestion. Having said that, I would stay again and again and recommend seascape to family/friends.

So many things…. The set up with small kitchen and bbq grills is amazing - we really enjoyed cooking our own food which we wouldn’t usually do on holiday The location is perfect for exploring We loved the private beach which we had to ourselves every day so peaceful The free kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles are amazing … we cycled to the 7 mile bridge and went on the water every day. Plus there is a whole raft of beach stuff to borrow …. Coolers, chairs games The bed was super comfy And to top it all there was a family of manatees living in the bay which we saw every day

It wasn’t really an issue but the air con is quite noisy

I loved the private beach, the kayaks, and the outdoor gathering spaces. We went to the beach in the morning and sat on the hammock to watch the sun rise. We kayaked the area, beautiful shoreline and calm water. We cooked several nights on the grills and sat around the fire table to socialize, very inviting and peaceful. The Air Conditioner worked perfectly and we were very comfortable in the huge bed.

Next time we will book a separate space for our teenager.

Fantastic location right on the shore with an idyllic private beach, we were the only ones using it for most of our stay, very peaceful. Used the free kayaks for a family activity around the coastline. The bbq and seating area were excellent for a relaxing evening under the pretty garden lighting. Good snorkelling at Calusa beach, Bahia Honda State Park, 15 min drive

The kitchen equipment needs a review to ensure there is enough cutlery, crockery, wash up bowls for catering for a meal. Very noisy air conditioning.

This place was remarkably tucked away against a quiet strip of ocean front property. Even though it was only two blocks off the main road, we couldn't hear any traffic. It was so relaxing and even when it rained most of the day, we hung out in the room comfortably reading. The pool and room was very clean and A/C was excellent. This is very important in such a humid outdoor environment. We utilized the paddle boards and enjoyed paddling in the calm waters of the bay. The outdoor seating was well lit and a nice location to meet other people staying here. I would definitely stay here again.

I really wished we could have stayed longer. The only thing we didn't like was the humidity, but that's obviously not the fault of the resort.

The is a really cool and cute property! I loved that it was small and very well maintained. Everything was very clean. The room was great size, bed was very comfortable. We had a small fridge and a coffee area.. Bathroom was nice size. We had nice chairs right outside our room. They have a nice pool and "beach" area with chairs, kayaks, paddle boards all free to use. It's not your typical beach though, no beach entry and the "sand is more like pretty sand & rock ground down, but still very nice. There is also a dock with chairs so you can watch the sunset. The place is really great. Check in was easy and staff was nice. It would be a great property to have a family gathering, renting out all the rooms.. I needed to get my nails done and Chris gave me the name of her nail lady and I was able to book an appointment. Thank you! Pictures are of Sombrero Beach

Rugs on either side of the bed would be really nice. The TV wasn't full screen, I think that had something to do with the internet. Would be nice if they had black out drapes.

The location was amazing, as first time visitors in Florida Keys, great vacation vibe perfect for relaxation, the location, the beach and the pool were breathtaking. Wonderful sunrise also. The accomodation was well equipped, had everything somebody would need and made us felt just like home, in paradise. We had an amazing stay, all the infos well provided, and facilitated our quick checkin/ checkout- very optimised and easy. Very enjoyable, cozy, relaxing accommodation.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed having a coffee machine in the room. Also the AC and fan in the room worked well. The BBQ areas were amazing, very relaxing! Not to mention the other amenities the hotel offers but unfortunately we did not manage to make use of the bicycles or kayaks during our stay due to weather conditions. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The location was amazing, Marathon is located in the centre of the Florida Keys, you can go anywhere. There is also a fuel station, a breakfast diner, a supermarket and restaurants very close to the hotel. The area where the hotel is located (Florida keys in general) is very quiet and relaxing.

The BBQs are shared and situated around the property - the rooms in front of the driveway do not have a BBQ in from of their room. There were 4 BBQs situated at the back of the property, first come first served. Room 3's bed was situated in an incorrect layout, the TV was on the side of the bed and there were no electric sockets next to the bed. I suggest that the layout of the room is altered as the 2 electric sockets were located in the correct place (i.e. in front of the TV). Another suggestion would be to have a long mirror in the room. The only available mirror was the one in the bathroom.

The location is fabulous. So tranquil off the main road. Plenty of free parking. The room so cute but spacious and very clean. Communal BBQ area which we used daily as only microwave in room. We bought some paper plates etc. they do provide coffee. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Kayaks and a paddle board to use. Beach towels provided. Bikes too although we never got the chance. Would have no hesitation in recommending.
