The breakfast area was very clean. The breakfast was nice and hot. The lady that takes care of the breakfast area was a excellent server. So I left her a $20 tip.

One of the things I did not like about the property was the fact that the elevator does not work and they need to change the pillows in the room because the pillow still smell like someone else body odor, the sheets on the bed they were not clean, I was gone all day on Saturday. Nobody checked my room, made the bed or cleaned my room. I was kind of disappointed about that also.

Breakfast was good but limited selections probably due to the holiday.

The person who checked us in and out (same person) had an attitude of her not wanting to be there. She was not friendly and barely spoke. At check out she refused to give us a receipt. We had to check out early due to a family illness and she stated she could not give us a receipt even though we were paying through the hotel and not through Booking.com whom we booked the room with. She told us to call them, which was unacceptable. Booking.com had to get involved after we contacted them and they told us the hotel was responsible to give us a receipt. Poor customer service and a poor attitude by this employee.

I've known La Quinta for a long time. My first experience was in Georgia, then in Louisiana . Every time I am looking for a hotel , I will always choose you, because I feel at home. I am planning to come back. I am living in Argentina, but my heart is here. Thank you very much I would like to thank the housekeepers, the front desk personnel and one special to Angela, who is preparing breakfast for all customers and receiving everyone with a big smile. Great location for our needs, spacious room, clean, continental breakfast with waffle maker, nice pool

No major issues but the lady running the kitchen cut off breakfast 20 minutes earlier than posted. She did let us eat off of what was remaining but my kids had their hearts set on making their own waffles and she had already taken the machine down. Again, no biggie but her demeanor was odd when I asked about it, not rude but not pleasant especially once I pointed out the 20 minutes left. Everyone else was great to us there

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The check-in process was easy...Bri Is wonderful her job and very friendly. Every front desk agent that I dealt with was very nice as well as the housekeeping staff. I stayed here during Hurricane Wilson and they did such a wonderful job handling all of the extra work and the stress that came with trying to accommodate everyone. I was very impressed. Also, the beds are really comfortable. The rooms are large and the breakfast is awesome! Absolutely would love to stay here again

I didn't like the hurricane! But that was not the hotel's fault. Of course. I'm kidding, everything was wonderful

Everything one needed, plenty of parking. Bed very comfortable.

Bathroom a little aged and scuffed in places. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7 am. Arrived at 7.08 am, the area was dark and obviously deserted. A fellow traveler and I took some coffee that is provided throughout, but headed next door to McDonald's for breakfast. That's unacceptable if you pay for a stay WITH breakfast and you're on a schedule. Can't just go, oh well, I'll come back later then.

The facilities were very well maintained and even though it was not over the top, the entire stay was more than comfortable for the price point. The staff were very warm, friendly and attentive to myself as well as my family, which means a lot traveling with an infant.

The parking lot would be quite hectic with the vehicles of the works crews staying on site. There were also a couple of evenings with tailgate parties happening, where the staff was able to quiet them down.

Close to our home. Pets allowed. Decent breakfast. Very quiet. Great first floor rooms with floor to ceiling windows. Pool area was beautiful, but understandably closed due to tropical storm. Staff was polite and helpful.

No ice machine on first floor. One of our room keys had to be reset almost every time we used it. Breakfast could be better and be able to take it to your room. Gym was closed the entire time of our stay.

Very good breakfast. Sausages, hydrated eggs, yogurt, orange and apple juice, toast, bagels, english muffins, 3 types of cereal, oatmeal, waffles, bananas, oranges, apples, coffee, hot chocolate, tea. Easy check in. Elevator working. Room cleaned alright. Decor and furniture nice.

The shower curtain doesn't stay closed due to the curvature of the bar it hangs on. The room could have been cleaned a tad better. The carpets in the room felt wet due to the humidity. The area is not very nice. There is nothing to do and the restaurants/ fast food places/ shops are very neglected by the employees.

Very good location just down the motorway, plenty of parking spaces. Very clean and big room size with wifi. The swimming pool is nice and clean too. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money especially with the breakfast. You can even make your own waffles.

Nothing. One of the best value places to stay!
