The bed in the room was extremely comfortable. The room smelt so clean and fresh as soon as you walk through the door. The cleaning staff are amazing and always asked is additional essentials like milk, water and fresh towels were needed. The room had everything we needed for our family stay. Oh and the Merlo coffee was AMAZING from the cafe.

The pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable and could benefit from a better mattress with more support to make sleeping more comfortable and enjoyable (especially for a multi nights stay)

The room was more than adequate for our needs during our one night stay in Rockhampton, it was clean and the bed very comfortable. The location is fairly central and within walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Check in was very quick and easy and the staff were really friendly.

Our room was on the corner of a busy junction facing out and around 0600 the traffic got really busy making it very noisy. The noise levels were fine during the evening and night.

The room was very clean, and it smelt clean, some Motel rooms have a musty smell this room had a fresh smell. Staff were wonderful always friendly and helpful. And the location was perfect, walking distance to shops and places to eat. Parking was secure and undercover. We were offered an upgrade on arrival. Come on it doesn't get much better than that.

There wasn't anything in my opinion not to like and I consider myself pretty particular when I stay in Motel or Apartments.

The coffeehouse apartments are favourite place for us to stay when we visit Rockhampton. We have stayed here many times and it never disappoints. The reception staff are outstanding. We love the little coffee shop across the road and always enjoy a $4 schooner at the Giddy Goat which is a short walk from the hotel. It’s an easy stroll to the riverfront and there’s a supermarket within walking distance as well.

Our unit was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The bathroom was roomy and it had a good shower. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and secure parking a welcome bonus. The motel is located within a short walk of the CBD, shops, cafes, pubs and the riverfront.

Friendly, helpful staff. Provided us with a porta cot for our toddler with a smile and no extra charge. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Pool was well maintained. Good television with access to our own apps and accounts. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Very secure, central location with good parking. Good sized fridge + a few basic cooking supplies, dish washer, washing machine and drier make this a good option for families or slightly longer stays

Apartment was clean and smelled fresh upon entry. The room was cooled ready for me. I had an unexpected late check in and the staff contacted me ahead of time to arrange key collection.

The biscuits were not stocked on my first night. Bed was too soft for me.

Excellent location, near the river walk, restaurants and the Criterion hotel. The room has comfy beds, good bathroom and I appreciated the microwave, fridge, cutlery and plates provided. The staff are welcoming. The wifi is good. Great for a one or two day stop over.

They forgot to empty the waste paper basket in the bedroom so we used the one in the bathroom. Small detail, I really came here for the location, beds etc.

everything was wonderful except for the parking.

Parking would be better off being allocated. We have a large vehicle and ended up having to park on the street. The only parking spaces large enough to accommodate our vehicle were the ones near the pool area but those ones were already taken by much smaller vehicles that could have utilized the tighter parks up further not in use.

Nice and roomy, friendly staff, safe gated complex for solo travellers. Super comfy bed and soft towels, great shower pressure and strong aircon.

The pool was dirty and needed more water in it, which was so disappointing after a long hot drive from Brisbane. Long hair on the floor in the bathroom, tiny old fridge with a freezer compartment so iced over it was not even big enough for a single Esky block. Although the place is comfortable, there’s nothing about it that could constitute four stars. Very expensive for what it is.
