The staff were incredible! Eva is a very welcoming host and helped me with any queries. I ate in the Hotel's restaurant (Veranda, they give discount to hotel guests) almost every evening and the staff there were as great as the food. Very friendly people and really added to the overall pleasantness of my stay, especially Jorge who stands outside the door greeting people and giving vital updates on ski conditions for the mountain! Flora the cat is also great! The swimming pool is very warm and the sauna/jacuzzi facilities were excellent and very clean, much better than a certain nearby "4 star" hotel that I also stayed at. If I return to Bansko I would stay here again for sure.

The cat!!! Friendly fluffly cat always welcome for petting. Other than that: Very close to the beginning of the ski slopes and gondola (6-7 minutes of walking) and also close to the center and restaurants. Had a reduction of 10% for ski rental which was pleasant, and also had a special room for you to leave your skis and equipment. Staff (other than the cat) was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty nice most days. Rooms and facilities were very clean and comfy. Would definitely come again!

The room was basically a few steps away from the street on the first floor, which made sleeping difficult because it was veeery noisy especially before 12pm, which is not very nice if you want to wake up early to get to the gondola queue. The breakfast was only at 07:30am, which means that during peak season, if you want to get to the queue early, you don't have time to eat. The beds were very soft, almost too soft for them to be comfortable. But it depends a lot on the motive of your stay and what you want to do in Bansko. If we hadn't gone skiing so early, it would have been perfect.

Had a great stay at this accommodation! Everything was wonderful—the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. The room was clean and very warm, making it a comfortable place to relax. Breakfast was just what you need to start the day right. A nice bonus was the 10% discount at the restaurant. The location is perfect, very close to the gondola and within walking distance of everything. There were just a couple of minor issues—the bathroom was a bit small and had a slight leak, but nothing major. Also, since it’s on the main street, it can get a bit noisy at times. Overall, though, a great place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it!

- Room was too hot - so I had to open the windows to regulate the temperature - No elevator (for me - it wasn't a problem, but it might be for people with walking difficulties) - Small bathroom, and had some difficulties with bath cabin.

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and nice. The place is very clean. Spa is great, pool water is warm. Location is perfect. Value for money is off the charts. For just 5e you can pay additionally for breakfast which is a well-supplied buffet. We will come back for sure! Side note: Eva is a wonderful host, so pleasant and kind 💙

The only thing that bothered me was a bit weaker wifi signal in the room but its a very very minor inconvenience.

A very nice hotel with all the facilities you need for a ski vacation. It is roughly 5-8 minute walk to the gondola, although uphill. The breakfast is good. It is basic but has all the ingredients you need to start your day. Dinner is not included as it is in the adjacent restaurant “Veranda”, which you go to through the hotel. So you eat whatever you order, and there is a discount for hotel residents. The house cat is cool and friendly.

For me personally, the room was too hot, and I didn’t quite understand when and how the heating was controlled. I think it depended on whether the key car is in the slot or not.

Super impressed with the breakfast, great value for money. The beds were also surprisingly so comfy! We expected a rock hard bed. Honestly especially for the price this place really exceeded our expectations. We got massages every night and the sauna and hot tub were both empty every night, so we had them to ourselves. Perfect location between the gondola, ski rental shops, and lots of good places to eat within walking distance.

Great location,at the very center.Everything you need is walking distance,the gondola too.Greetings to the lady at reception,she was very nice.The spa is free to use and you have sauna,jacuzzi and decent pool.You can pay for a massage if you want,prices are ok.Parking space is available with reservation,you pay some simbolic price per day.Rooms are warm and beds are comfortable.There is a cable tv. Great value for the money.Recommended.

Good location, a few hundred meters from the Gondola lift. Many restaurants and bars around. The hotel is traditional so don't expect fancy things but it's clean and the relax area with sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi is nice. My room was big with a big terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist Eva. The hotel has its own restaurant with good food and as a hotel guest you get a discount.

The juice with the breakfast can be improved. It's waterish...

The best and hottest sauna! Really lovely helpful staff. Decent good value breakfast. Very good location- less then 5 minutes walk to the gondola.

No elevator- not usually an issue for me however my finance injured his ankle snowboarding and getting up and down the stairs was a challenge for him after that. Room was also quite hot and we could not turn off the radiators. But these things were not big problems to us.
