Excellent & friendly staff from reception to bar to cleaning. Really comfortable and large room overlooking the park. Spotlessly clean. I unfortunately fell ill during our stay so wasn’t able to use the restaurant but the staff checked in with me and offered me hot lemon water and assistance with food delivered which was very kind. Great location- opposite a lovely park & a 10 minute walk to a street with lots of convenient shops and gorgeous restaurants & cafes. Lots of available free street parking around the hotel.
No lift as protected Victorian house- to be considered if injured or ill!

We liked almost everything about the hotel, my only issue which if I'm engaged honest wasn't the hotels fault was that I found the bed somewhat uncomfortable so didn't sleep overly well, but as I say that was probably down to me. Now I'm thinking about it, I found that the wash basin was blocked (very slow to empty) but I reported it when we went for breakfast, by the time we returned to the room (after breakfast) they had sorted the problem out. So in all fairness there was nothing to dislike about Hotel 10, it was always clean and the staff always ready to help.
Nothing, there was literally nothing to dislike

We had been upgraded due to the hotel being fully booked - we had the most beautiful rooms overlooking the green. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't have an evening meal as we were meeting our son for a meal close by, however, breakfast in the morning was lovely. Fresh, good produce and a lovely selection of cold buffet foods.
In all honesty, on this occasion, there wasn't really anything we didn't like. We parked easily on the side road as there is only space for about 2 cars actually on the premises, but we were told you can park outside on the single yellow line UNLESS there is an event at Hampden Park which is just a short walk away.

Excellent cooked breakfast on my first morning with two beautifully poached eggs. The room was very clean and well appointed. I arrived very early - just after 10.30am - but the staff were excellent in turning the room around quickly and allowing me to check in by 11am which was very accommodating and welcoming: I was impressed at the service. I sat outside in the brilliant sunshine with a coffee in the most beautifully tended back garden, it was a joy. What a splendid oasis.
The scrambled egg in the breakfast buffet was not very nice on the second morning but it seemed churlish to complain when all other breakfast items were absolutely fine.

Great location and facilities. Was there twice lately for hospital visits. Staff really helpful and pleasant. Restaurant had a fantastic menu with huge portions. And great gluten free options available. Hopefully can return on a more leisurely basis, to enjoy the lovely beer garden facilities that they have.
Being there following surgery I was concerned about the white sheets on the bed (hadn't thought about it, if im honest) and I did mention my concerns to staff to be told they didn't have darker sheets and anything soiled I'd be charged for. Luckly it wasn't an issue but just a heads up to anyone staying following a hospital visit.

We stayed at Number 10 Hotel in Glasgow for a short layover while a family member was undergoing surgery at the New Victoria Hospital. The hotel was easy to reach by train, and getting into town was simple with Uber. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming—ensuring our rooms were together and taking extra care to support my family member with poor eyesight. They went above and beyond, including storing my father’s medication in the fridge overnight. The rooms were perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—and the hotel offered everything we needed to sleep, eat, and relax in one place. A great location for anyone needing to be near the hospital, with a truly caring and thoughtful team. Highly recommended.

There was an extensive cooked breakfast but continental was limited. They had fresh fuit though. The location of the hotel is great and is very quit. The room was nicely decorated.
The room (14) was small and the tiles of the bathroom walls did not match the floor tiling. The floor tiles seem to have been updated while the rest of the bathroom was a slightly dated. It was clean though. When we arrived we were told the restaurant was closed due to a 1st communion. You are bombarded with emails prior to arrival but nothing mentioned about the restaurant. That would have been helpful.

Excellent location - railway station 5 minutes away enabling easy access to Glasgow Central. Good restaurants close by and Burrell Collection within walking distance. Very good breakfast; had dinner in hotel on one evening which was good although restaurant not open very late.
The noise from functions. Although the booking confirmation contained a warning about these and stated that "Unfortunately, some rooms may experience noise", this was a bit of an understatement: our room was above the Function Room and we had to put up with the loud throbbing of disco-style music on both the Friday and Saturday evenings. The only way to avoid the noise apparently is to book a more expensive room away from the main building.

Small, cosy hotel with lovely bar. The hotel has two buildings so if you are in Club rooms, you do need to go outside to the other building to use the bar or for breakfast. Club room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Situated in Queens Park which is not the city centre, rather it's in the suburban south side of the city. It was perfect for us as visiting friends nearby.
I didn't like being in a separate building to where breakfast was as I had to take my coat with me. TV very small for such a large room. My husband did not enjoy his scrambled eggs at breakfast.

The room and ensuite bathroom in the adjacent house were huge with views across the park. The bed was big and comfortable. The whole building was extremely quiet and peaceful. Clearly there were other guests staying but the sound insulation was excellent and it was if there was no one else staying there but us. We stayed in early August when it was very hot and muggy but the room was nice and cool.
The hot water wasn't very hot until the central heating was on.
