Nice little loft with a great view (18th floor). Bedroom and living room were small, but clean and modern.

The building and the entrance to the hotel is not very nice. When you arrive after hours you have to make your way through a very run down shopping mall, up some stairs, through an emergency exit, across a roof terrace to another locked door. Reception desk is only attended during business hours, if you arrive after 6pm you have to call a number posted on the door - make sure that your phone is charged.

Location, good walk into town. Good equipped kitchen

Height of loft space (where you sleep)- I can’t remember if there was a height restriction on the listing but if not; there should be. Bed is a small double, not ideal for two grown adults even though there is room for a kingsize bed in the loft space! My feet were hanging off the end of the bed and I’m 5 ft 9. Shower is small and doors don’t open fully, not much space available at all.

View and room was good. Equipment of kitchen was quite enough. Wireless of room was fast and good also. Reception help you if you have any problem and also kind, good chatting. There are markets cloose to the hotel. You can call for taxi from Capitol.

Wireless of reception should fix, if you are a smoker you should go reception floor but there is no wireless in there.

The view is great, having the car park underneath is very comfortable though expensive. Situated in the town center, you don't need a car.

May be some little repairs. One tile replacement, little leak at the sink.

The location was very good for site seeing. The price was reasonable The refrigerator was a useful size and the equipment all worked.

The space was small and arranged on two floors. No place to open or store suitcases. The bathroom had limited space to put things as well.

Just short walk from metro Jean Juares in central Toulouse. Bus /train station close by. We were skeptical as a result of some previous less favourable booking.com reviews but we thought we would give it a go as it was such good value & thankfully our experience was fantastic in every way. Margo the hostess at the desk was so interested in our plans and gave us great suggestions as to places to eat and visit. The Haut Lofts are located in a building that houses commercial businesses in ground floor & offices and residential throughout. once you enter premises at security office take stairs immediately opposite up to second floor and go out onto rooftop area where the entrance to the Haut Lofts is located. The lift at the reception takes you to either 18th or 19th floor with fab city views. Yes, area to get to Haut Lofts isn’t glitzy but the apartment was superb. Had all mod cons required. There is a deposit of 250€ as security .. but is to ensure visitors don’t treat an apartment as party central with no respect for property. Key fob works to enter building from exterior, to enter reception & key for apartment. All in all we were delighted with the service in every way & the value!!

I had a great view from the 18th floor of Toulouse. At night it looks wonderful I could see for miles in the distance. The loft was small but was absolutely fine for me as a solo traveller. It was very clean too and had everything I needed for a one week stay, would recommend to all.

The only negative I had was all tv stations are dubbed, including the english speaking stations.

Staff were fantastic and helped with any problem, directions, recommendations and kept our luggage safe. The apartment was amazing and the views were spectacular. Great central location.

There were a few bits that were broken (a blind wouldn't go up as it was broken, the shower head wouldn't rotate so you had to use it hands held) but the staff were aware and apologised. These didn't impact us too much.

The property was clean, spacious, everything we expected

There was damage to the kitchen and the Air conditioning did not seem to work, or at least we could not work out how to use it; there were no instructions

We had a wonderful tome in Toulouse, partly thanks to staying in the Haut Lofts. . Letting us stay in the Penthouse Suite made our stay in Toulouse truly memorable. Waking up and having a view of the entire town and the Pyrenees was clearly outstanding.
