location is excellent for getting round Toulouse old town. Metro stop close by. Staff always smiling and helpful to us.

Car Park - I advised I had a large car with make and model. The only place I could park was alongside some SUVs - fortunately there was a space. the access to the second floor down is too narrow for a long car and I told them they need to be aware of that in future as I would have got stuck! the breakfast at 21 euros each is way too expensive! we ate out every day to save some money - a good breakfast out is around 11 or 12 euros for eggs and bacon and 8 euros for good continental. Come on Mercure - make it affordable!

Location is good for exploring the city and places to eat as well as being in a quiet side street. Not far to walk from station or one stop on metro. We were welcomed by a lovely lady that spoke excellent English. All staff helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and a good size. A great plus was the free still and sparkling water dispenser to top up our bottles.

Breakfast was too expensive so we found coffee and croissants elsewhere.

Exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Comfortable bed. We had a very quiet room facing the courtyard. The weather was very cold but it was possible to reduce the heating to suit ourselves which is not always possible in hotels. A very short walk from the airport bus stop. Very well situated for historic sites, restaurants and shops.

Great location and very convenient to visit major attractions in the city with walking distance. Room is spacious enough and good value for money. Staff were courteous and spoke good English.

The only minor problem was that I needed to tell reception to get the bathroom cleaned every day - which was what I had requested upon check-in but the femme de ménage seemed to forget every day. Or had she not been instructed properly by the reception?

The location was perfect. It was easy to walk to the river and downtown Toulouse. We were in town for the rugby world cup, and it was easy to take the train from our location to as close to the stadium as possible.

It was unnaturally hot for September. The AC didn't work as well as it should have. We also couldn't open the window without our privacy being compromised because the "balcony" outside connected to another room and then to stairs that went down into the courtyard.

Location is great, close to Place Wilson. Lots of restaurants in the area. The staff at reception were super helpful in assisting me to retrieve my luggage which got misplaced by the airline en route to Toulouse.

The shower door didn’t seal well so the bathroom floor got a bit wet.

Fantastic breakfast and location

Parking is under the hotel. Very tight right hand drop if the first level is full. This level holds around 4/5 cars. Luckily there was a space here but I wouldn’t have taken my A5 Sportback lower. The height is restricted but a long car won’t fit around the right bend. Take care if you have to go down to the next level.

The breakfast was terrific. Fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs, many kinds of bread, yogurt, cheese, meats, bacon and sausage, cereals, and more. The coffee was from a machine and was okay, not great. But everything else was top notch. Staff were very friendly and helpful with the two small issues I had in my room. Response was immediate, and problems were solved quickly.

Room was too small for a king size bed, but i only used the room to sleep in, so it wasn’t an issue.

Staff are friendly & helpful. The Wi-Fi was easily accessable and the room facilities were good. I did not have breakfast. There were hangers in the wardrobe (I had business attire so that was really helpful). I would stay there again.

Hard to say. There was nothing that jarred with me. I would like the rooms to be bigger - but that is like saying I would like the rate to be cheaper!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Perfect location in the heart, short walk to everything. Breakfast was good but simple buffet.

Temp control of the room doesn't really work. Staff said system is old/bad. Only hot or cold depending if winter or summer i.e. air con doesn't work in winter, and heating doesn't work in the summer, so when we went in spring the bedrooms were really warm and opening the windows didn't let out enough heat. That was the only negative
