The service was A+. Even though I arrived an hour before the scheduled check-in time, I was able to check in earlier without any problems. The room was ready. The location was phenomenal, seconds, not even minutes, from good restaurants, pubs, and caffe shops. Shops or pharmacies. Two minutes' walk to the iconic Kazimierz casseroles, which everyone's must try during stay in Krakow. About 7 minutes from Wawel. The location couldn't be better. The room itself was super! The bed was very comfortable, and the room was warm, clean, and quiet. there was a lot of space. My room was located on the 3rd floor, but there was an elevator. For those who prefer stairs- you can use stairs too.

- The main entrance door to the hotel opens with difficulty. I had to use a lot of force to open it. - The elevator doesn't go to every floor. My room was on the third floor, but the elevator went to the fourth. The elevator goes to even floors. - The shower was without any cover, so taking a shower was equivalent to washing the bathroom 😅 but if you prefer taking a bath, it was huge and clean.

Everything was perfect. Easy to locate, quick check in/out. The ladies from the reception very nice and ready to help. The location is really well placed, walkable distance towards each point of interest. And is really recomandable to walk in Krakow, this is the only way to feel the awesome vibe this city has. Bathroom perfect, the boiler for the shower was there, so no issue with the temperature or the pressure. Single room really big and also very clean. About the breakfast I dont know what to say because my schedule didn't allowed me to catch it, I had to leave really early in both days I stayed there. But the nice lady from the reception prepared a Lunch box for me, which was awesome. In conclusion, you must visit Krakow, you really have to, it's simply awesome, and this place seems the perfect balanced option from my point of view. The staff was very kind, the room was clean and the restroom was new and clean. The location is a good one, with lots of restaurants around.

Even if it was not placed for use, one pillow from the closet was dirty. I hope this pillow will never be used for future visitors (See the attached pic). The Internet connection was disconnected from time to time, and this was annoying. Even though I read a lot of good feedback related to the breakfast, for me, it was a very simple one, with not that many options and a horrible coffee after my taste. My room was placed with the window on the street view and, many motors engines were heard.

Loved the position, loved the privacy, loved the silence. It was my first alone-travel and i was a little bit nervous but The girl at the Reception it was so kind and so respectful. I ate breakfast 2times: most of the menù was saltie ( i prefer saltie breakfast so it was perfect ). I notice the absense of doormat but I'm certain that if i asked they will bring it. ( In my modest opinion it had to be always present,expecially in winter where the snow do not help the shoes to be cleaned ). If i will have the opportunity to go back in Krakow i will choose again this structure.

If I was choosing based on street photos, I probably wouldn't have chosen this hotel. My surprise upon entering the hotel and the room was all the more pleasant. A beautiful modern hotel room with a nice bathroom. Everything was clean, carefully prepared. Staff incredibly nice and helpful, both during booking and during the stay. The hotel has great access to public transport, in a beautiful setting surrounded by sightseeings. The hotel's breakfast is very good in taste, I can praise for example the very well prepared scrambled eggs or pancakes, as well as the egg spread and quality cold cuts. If I ever go to Krakow again, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.

The only thing I could criticise is the small selection at breakfast. For example, there are no yoghurts available at breakfast, you can only have some prefabricated chocolate topping and 1 kind of jam on the pancakes. There is a lack of fruit and vegetables. But these are small things that definitely did not spoil my experience at this hotel.

We had the tiniest room, which is indeed very tiny. As we did not plan on spending much time in the hotel, this was fine. The bed was comfy enough, we didn't hear a lot of street noise as the room was in the back, and on-street (payed) parking was easy to find right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good, and the plentiful bicycle decorations were just perfect.

The bed was (necessarily) a bit narrow, which wouldn't have been too bad if it weren't lodged right against the wall. As is the case in every Polish city I've visited, garbage collection can start very early (well before 7:00), so you might want to take that into consideration when opening a window during the night.

Very friendly staff, perfect location, within 10 mins walk of centre, cosy spacious family room on the top floor (theres a lift!), tea/coffee-making facilities (bring your own teabags/coffee though), amazing view over the roof-tops from our attic room, quiet at night, the weather was extremely hot during our 3-night stay but there was a stand-up fan which helped alot so it was no problem, the breakfast was really nice especially the scrambled eggs and the pancakes! Will definitely come back again!

We really liked everything, but perhaps a 2nd fan would've been even better for such a big room

I was surprised at how nice a hotel it is for the low price I paid. The room was modern and clean, brand new bathroom with a shower and a bath tub. Comfortable bed. Really nice set up. There is a really great restaurant next door called Dong-A. Incredible food and teas. Whole neighborhood is full of great restaurants and bars and there is a 24 Carrefour on the corner.

The breakfast was nothing to write home about. A better idea is to go around the corner to Lajkonik and get a much better breakfast.

Well located near shops, bars and restaurants. The area was busy but not noisy or run down. The room was not big but was sufficient for our stay. It has recently been renovated so no mould or stains. The room was secure. There were some bits of crockery (glasses/cups). Breakfast was very good( cereal/ cooked or continental). There was a small bar to get a beer and a garden area with tables.

The bar had limited drinks - lager and soft drinks…. No spirits. Also a small fridge in the room with some tea/ coffee would have been nice, however appreciate that for the price paid this would be expecting a lot.

Wonderful apartments. The location in an active area of the city with many cafes, restaurants, shops. Convenient tram interchange. It took me 20 minutes to get there from the Central train station. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, there were all the necessary furniture and little things for a comfortable stay. I really liked the water pressure in the shower. Convenient check-in system; if you arrive late, self-check-in is available, and there is also the opportunity to leave luggage after check-out. Delicious and healthy breakfast buffet. Kind and helpful staff. I was fully satisfied
