This was a wonderful place to stay-- the location was perfect, just outside of old town. Getting in was easy with codes for the doors/no hand off. The place itself was immaculate, clearly new, clean, beautifully decorated, elegant. Perfect for a couple enjoying a weekend in Krakow, highly recommend.

Nothing-- just note that the bedroom is down a ladder, so not easily accessible, and the only bathroom is down the ladder through the bedroom. I think the listing says it could fit more people, but I imagine it wouldn't be comfortable for more with the lack of bedroom door and only bathroom being through the bedroom.

The apartment is very nice, clean, and spacious, the location is perfect. We did not miss almost any equipment in the kitchen, it was minimalistic but sufficient for several days stay. The apartment was also very warm.

First of all, the WiFi was terrible. I had to work for a couple of days, so I felt it a lot. I think it should not be a problem to provide better Wifi in Krakow's city center. Some minor notes: - the coffee machine was creating more mess than coffee - the mattress on the sofa-bed was very uncomfortable - maybe it would be good to have an extra frying pan with a lid

The apartment is beautifully decorated with good quality fittings. The beds were extremely comfortable with lovely bed linen. The bathrooms were lovely with plenty of hot water and good showers. It was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the old town and the Jewish quarter. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful, both before and during our stay.

No tea towel, just kitchen roll and would have liked a mirror in the bedrooms as you can only get ready in the bathroom, but this is constructive criticism and would not put me off of recommending the property

The apartment was brilliant, very well decorated, very well equipped, very clean, great location, very friendly team at the office. It exceeded our expectations massively, my girlfriend had picked a handful of different apartments for me to look through, I chose this and we both couldn’t have been more satisfied.

There was almost nothing to dislike, to be totally truthful we did feel there could have been more lighting downstairs, but get this may have been purposely designed to match the aesthetics. I also struggle sleeping with any light at night time and found the street light a little annoying, but appreciate it would be hard to fit a blind with the position of where the window was, and also would affect any daylight in the daytime, it’s also a personal preference but this by no means caused any dissatisfaction with the property, I would even go out of my way to book this same apartment when next visiting. I also apologise for the late review, it totally slipped my mind.

Excellent spacious bright and clean airy apartment, Great location 10 mins walk from the main square and 15 mins from Railway station. 3mins from tram stops. Great aircon in all bedrooms (36 degrees one day so very welcome) Very high ceilings. Easy access via external door code and internal key safe. Lift for heavy luggage. 2 excellent shower / wet rooms.

Beds could be more comfortable (mattress toppers would help), no clothes storage for 3rd sofa bed room. Large frying pan not suitable for induction hob.

Beautiful apartment with spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen. Nice bedroom with comfortable bed. Cute outdoor patio with lots of seating to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

The bedroom has two small windows that pool light into the room from the street. There is no way to close a blind. I noted several reviewers complained about this. I'm surprised management has not sought a solution. Bring an eyemask if you're sensitive to light while sleeping; street lamps are lit at night which impacts the room.

Great location, close to the city centre. Tastefully furnished that made the space feel comfortable and stylish. The facilities were great, from the well-equipped kitchen to a modern bathroom.

There were some issues with the WiFi connection and the TV, but the staff was very helpful, and the problems were resolved later on. The front door made a loud noise whenever someone entered the building, which was a bit unpleasant, especially early in the morning or late at night.

The location and the apartment itself ! It was large, roomy and clean. I am quite a cleanliness freak and found the house very well kept and clean. Beautifully done and great access to the Center of the town without being too noisy . The staff are very responsive and ensured that we had access to everything and felt welcome

The location of the property was just a short walk to the main square. The facilities were so good to have there to rewind and relax. The room itself was so so spacious! The staff checked in with you asking if everything is okay just shows how they care about their guests. Honestly couldn’t recommend it enough next time I’m visiting krakow I will be staying there again!!!

Everything! Entrance hall was very impressive. Oikos House was large, comfortable and exceptionally clean and well equipped. We were a family of 4 but 6 people would have been very comfortable in the space. Communication with the office team was good. Great position with short walk to main square. Would definitely stay her again!
