Breakfast room view and food presentation balanced an initial tiny room more suited to older children. A change of room was provided when door lock jammed which was appreciated as well as some comp refreshments while waiting for the issue to be sorted.

Maybe I felt that there is more attention to admin processing than to hospitality by reception management as a former member of PAII. My initial room had a dumpster truck outside the small window which was also experienced by a fellow lady guest in a neighbouring room. There is no reason ti offer a room with a dumpster truck as a view. Again, karma stepped in and a much better room was offered to balance out my stay. Location is a challenge for arrivals on foot with luggage due to steep road after a 15 minute walk from train station.

It has amazing architecture and internal decor. It makes you feel welcome. In perfect locations. Staff were so welcoming and nice. Breakfast included in the price was great way to start day. They lunch menu was absolutely delicious

They did not have car park included in price and there is no EV charger available either. One cup of coffee pod can be aloud free of charge, but Pods need to be collected from reception and if you are not quick to know this , you will have no coffee same as we did not have one.

Very nice hotel with a great view of the city and the mountains. Family friendly hotel with good sized rooms. There is also a ski locker room. It is within walking distance to the city center, around 8-10 mins however since it is higher on the mountain, the return walk is a bit harder. Definitely recommended.

Breakfast choices could have been better. And some rooms were renovated and some rooms were older.

We had an issue regarding our half board booking when we ate in the restaurant. This was raised when we checked out but was resolved by the manager in a very reasonable way.

The general areas are superb, however the room wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. It was clean and comfortable, just aesthetically the room was quite different. Saying that I would stay again.

The view of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was super good and plenty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel was cozy. It was very close to the train station, to the town itself and to the cable car to go up to the Titlis mountain.

We liked everything! The only unpleasantness maybe was the heating during the night which made it a bit more difficult to sleep (we stayed there in middle of November so heating was reasonable to have, just a bit for too long in the night).

Could offer a taxi pick up service from the railway station along with the package for a fee cause dragging the luggage to the hotel is a very bad business idea

Staff makes your stay amazing. Hotel is in a good location and has amazing views. Easy access to town and ski lifts. Hotel offers free drop off and pick up from the ski lift too. Which makes a big difference after long day skiing.

Facilities bit old. Rooms/bathrooms needs to be upgraded. Poor carpet. Road to the hotel - poor. Very limited breakfast. Better option would be to charge extra for the breakfast, but provide more options like scrambled eggs, omletes, fried eggs, pancakes.

Breakfast was simple but very fresh and tasty, with the views over the valley from the breakfast room and restaurant being stunning. My single room was small but very comfortable. Especial thanks to the hotel for operating a free shuttle service from the hotel to the main ski lifts and back. This was extremely welcome and made our trip much more comfortable.

Fantastic location, too close to Engelberg train station/and the TITLIS Glacier cable car booking station. Kind and helpful staffs (they had given me an adapter for my laptop charger during my stay, which was really helpful 😊) They offer quite heavy/and great breakfast with many options. Room is spacious having open/and common balcony with Glacier views. Location is quite/and bit on the highland, which I really liked. And also you can find many other restaurants/and supermarkets nearby (within a 10 minutes walk)

I felt rate is bit high! But I can understand this place is in expensive tourist zone. And just keep in mind, you have to walk about 10 minutes from Engelberg train station (although this is not a big problem, but if you have bit heavy luggage/and it rains!)

Cozy hotel, delicious breakfast and dinner, 10 min walk to the ski lift. Excellent customer oriented staff.

No internet in the rooms (or very weak). Our family was not allowed to stay in one room: two adults + 2 sons, since the eldest son was 20 years old. We had to pay for one more room, although our family room had 4 beds, and it was more convenient for us to live together as a family (one suitcase with all things).
