Breakfast was ok ,hotel very clean, location close to old town but it’s on a steep hill . The staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel Aziza is one of those places you just want to come back to. I stayed there with my family and honestly, everything was top-notch. The location is great – quiet and peaceful, yet very close to the old town, so you can easily walk to all the main attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very cozy. Breakfast was delicious – lots of options, everything fresh and tasty, including some great local dishes worth trying. The biggest highlight, though, was the staff – incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They assisted us with a few things, gave great tips on what to see and where to eat. You could really feel that they care about their guests. The only thing to keep in mind is the parking – it’s available on-site, but a bit tight, especially for larger vehicles. Still, it’s manageable with some careful maneuvering. I truly recommend this place. If I ever visit Sarajevo again, I’ll definitely stay at Aziza.

The hotel is very nice and well maintained. Baščaršija is less than a 10-minute walk away — on the way, you pass a lovely street full of small cafés and shops, perfect for tasting Bosnian coffee. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a refrigerator (stocked with various drinks at very reasonable prices — if you wish), a kettle with tea and coffee, a sofa, and a small table with two chairs. The bathroom was big and clean, with toiletries provided. Breakfast included both hot and cold dishes, as well as pastries — all very tasty. The receptionist was very helpful. Free parking is available in front of the hotel.

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the coffee — it could be improved, considering that Bosnia is famous for its excellent coffee.

It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore. Highly recommended for travelers who want a peaceful stay close to the action, don’t mind a little uphill stroll, and appreciate a fantastic morning meal!

The hotel exuded a charming, homely atmosphere and is located in a quiet area. Our suite was spacious and ideal for our family—just what we needed. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the old town but it’s on a hill, which could be a bit hard for some people to walk up, but you can get a taxi up. I also enjoyed learning about the rich history of the hotel and its origins. Sarajevo is such a beautiful city, and I can’t wait to return soon.

The young man who greeted us was the friendliest guy ever. He parked our car for us and answered all of our questions. We were able to check in early too. It was the best welcome to a hotel ever. There is a sheet explaining the family who owns the hotel and what the hotel means to them. We would absolutely recommend anyone staying there when in Sarajevo.

It was a bit of a climb on the hill. However, we walked down and took a cab up for very little money so it wasn’t a problem. The cab stand is very handy to the main square.

Nice bright clean room. Lovely breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Good airport shuttle service. Free sauna (not used).

Although the property stated it had air conditioning it was not turned on (26 degree sunny outside). The temperature was manageable but opening the window was problematic for us as there were tables outside at ground level and noise from guests and cigarette smoke from the people outside would come through the window.

wonderful place in Sarajevo. is located on a hill, so you need to take it in you mind when walking with children and elderly people. The property is located 10-15 minutes walk from Bascarsija and Vijecnica, 30 minutes from famous Latin bridge. The hotel is suitable for families with children. You can get a baby cot. the breakfasts are very good and varied.
