Fantastic front desk staff - warm, friendly & efficient! The 2bed/2bath unit was perfect for our family of 4 adults. I also appreciated the onsite gym and pool.

The room had not been cleaned to a high standard. Upon arrival there was "stuff" down the front side of the toilet which obviously hadn't been wiped down. There were also shoe prints on the bathroom floor. Both remained there after a housekeeping visit during our stay. On our last day we noticed a Marriott bag in the closet which had underwear from a previous guest. Surprising that wasn't noticed during cleaning between guests. To be fair, I am sure the housekeepers are under-staffed and over-worked as this seems to the new reality in hospitality.

Not sure I understand the negative reviews unless people just have some sort of vendetta against Marriott because this is a very pleasant property My room was exceptional, clean and very comfortable with a nice bed,good shower.kitchen had everything necessary and the property was very quiet. Staff was pleasant and the maids do a great job of making the rooms presentable. I was pleasantly surprised.

Well, if I was using the pool, I would be disappointed. It’s very small.

For my purposes the location was excellent (one reason I chose to stay there), breakfast was excellent, the room had everything I could want, the bed was very comfortable. I would have liked a few more places to sit outside .

In my room, at least, you should put a grab bar along the length of the bathtub. Maybe you have these in other bathrooms.

My daughter is treated at Janzen and Janzen's Scoliosis Care Center on Hamilton. It is the perfect place to stay for her time there. There is a wonderful breakfast, a pool, quiet rooms and kitchen areas! We are able to bring some food and relax while she is in treatment for a few days. It takes 10 minutes or less to get the the center and there is plenty of shopping and extras in the immediate area. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable!

The room was clean, but maybe could use a deep clean. Stuff that does not always get caught in the in-between stay cleanings. But nothing horrible.

The ability to have a kitchen, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were filling. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. We appreciated them immensely!

The pool was so super small. The online pics were very deceiving.

Friendly staff, quick check in. Great location for my purpose. Comfortable mattress. Not too soft nor too firm. Good breakfast, different egg selection everyday. From 5 night stay we had one day bacon. Scramble , boiled eggs, omelet like egg, Cereals, cream cheese, bagel, waffles , small muffins , fruits etc…

Old chair and couch. We had to request to change our room due to small table which was replacing kitchen island and no door on one of kitchen cabinet where garbage bin was located. Some time we could here foot steps from above apartment.

The quiet off street location, good parking, pet friendly.

I didn’t appreciate my room rate varying from night to night. I was notified before or after and not sure why that was.

We liked the breakfast but the dining room was quite full so we took it to our room.

The quick function on the microwave did not work, the fridge froze the items and the front door was difficult to open. I am not complaining just pointing these items out :)

The only issue we had is trying to use our card key to get in our room. The green light to get in room blinked on and off too quickly and it was difficult to get in our room.

The facility is clean and comfortable for us . So it served our purpose.

There were not much breakfast varieties but all together it’s manageable. The open room upstairs was not so good for my kids. It’s very dangerous to leave kids that jumps on bed to be there.
