It was spacious, the bed comfortable and it was clean.

For such a large apartment the kitchen utensils were limited no coffee maker, a plunger would have been useful and one frying pan would not work on the conduction hot plates. There was no tea towels, no bath mat in the main bathroom, no face washers and the ensuite showers all flooded the room one in particular did not drain down the shower drain at all. There were no drying racks for clothes or the wet towels used for drying the wet bathroom floors. The doors to the outside verandah did not lock. Someone parked in our no 8 parking spot one day so we parked in another bay and spent the evening waiting for someone to come growling at us.

The Apartment was stunning! It was a whole floor apartment and the lift opens into your own foyer. It was ultimate luxury. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. High ceilings, gorgeous furniture, amazing views. Each of the 4 x bedrooms have their own walk in robe and ensuite... there were no fighting over rooms because they were so spacious and we all had our own amenities. The lounge room could have seated about 25 people - lounge & dining space was huge! It was located on a quiet street & the views of the water were so amazing.

On one occasion when we hopped into the lift, it opened at another levels floor.... and because it opens directly into your own foyer, we did see people in there and I felt like it was a bit of an invasion of privacy.

Conveniently located, nice views, great property. We had 3 groups staying there and one day each group went their own way with two taking the keys. The group that didn’t take the keys arrived back early. Instead of waiting 30 minutes for another group to get back to let them in, the property managers were able to buzz them in.

Not enough towels, pots and pans, basic cooking supplies. Only one room had a queen bed. All other bedrooms had twin beds.

The property is newly built. We got the top floor on level 6 as we booked 4 bedrooms and we requested high floor and we got it. We are very happy with the property as well as the host. He is amazing and very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and the apartment has a great water view. Location is great, 3 mins drive to the busy Surfers Paradise beach and shopping centre. The only thing we think it should be improved is kitchen utilities. If you go with family and plan to cook your own foods then it will be hard. If you plan to dine out, it’s fine. The apartment is awesome in overall. Beds were very comfortable but the single bed was a very standard size and narrow. If you are tall build than you may need to request a double bed. The building also has a small partial covered swimming pool. In general we rate this property 9.9/10. We definitely come back next time we go to Gold Coast Surfers Paradise. Thank you for having us. The apartment was amazing. Breathtaking from the moment you walk in. We were on the 4th floor and the view was great! Beds were super comfy. Air con worked well. Seemed very soundproof with the doors closed. Very good value for money! Was the cheapest hotel i could find with 4 bedrooms and it did not dissapoint! Would definately stay here again

Our only complaint was that the balcony was pretty dirty to walk on. Probably just needed a bit of a sweep but we couldn't find a broom in the apartment. Im sure Seven would have attended to this had we asked though. My booking also didnt mention that there was a pool, so incase you are confused due to no photos of the pool, there is one haha very small, but a pool non the less :-)

Spacious apartment & rooms. All bedrooms are ensuites except one. Comfy beds. Good location.

Guests staying in other penthouses can see inside/access your penthouse if using the elevator at the same time as you. The bedroom with no bathroom had no closet area/space to put/hang clothes. The light in this room was also not working properly. Had an ironing board but no iron. Kettle had mould in it.

Fantastic venue, modern facilities. Great location. Ample parking.

The ensuite bathrooms in the secondary bedrooms really were not designed with usability in mind. No towel rails, barely usable shelving (single tiny shelf), and water shoots out of the shower all over the floor due to rose placement.

Amazing property. Overall vibe in the house is great. It is a bit of a walking distance from the main center, which is a slight negative. If I ever go back to Gold Coast, would love to stay again

I don’t like the hotel guy asking for credit card details as a security deposit. Eventually I had to give, but don’t feel very secure about it

Place was amazing, massively sized with plenty of bed space

Some things where damaged before arrival, the head rest of the lounge, one of thr shower heads, a couple of other things, I took photos as i was worried we may get the blame but never heard anything about it so im assuming management already was aware

Location was very good and an easy walk to shops, restaurants etc in Thomas Drive

I have sent an email/text to Seven regarding a number of items that were lacking in the apartment, that we thought should have been mandatory. Particularly bedside tables and bedside lamps.
