Very spacious and clean. Perfect for a longer stay, you even have a kitchen and cooking supplies. Good mattress.

Air conditioning is to noisy to keep it running during night time. I recommend to turn on right after arrival to have a nice temperature before turning it off at night.

At first bit of context for our trip. We were at Geneva with my daughter to watch Fin - Swi Women's Euro 2025 match. Our plan was to stay just one night there. For this purpose chosen hotel was perfect. Location was good. It was just nicely between stadium and city center. Hotel was easy to access by tram. Room was well big enough for us. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean and shower had nice water pressure. There was some kind of AC machine but we didn't use it because it was quite loud. But even though it was warm night it was not too warm for us and AC was not needed. Breakfast was simple but good. It was not something as Finns we were used to but there was bread, yogurt, eggs, cheese and of course coffee provided and it gave us well enough energy to continue our journey. All in all I must say that this hotel was perfect for us and if i go someday again to Geneva I will consider this hotel for my accommodation.

The room is clean, has kitchette with basic tools and cutlery. The staffs are very helpful. The location is perfect. You can simply take tram no. 15 from Cornavin and the hotel is just in front of Acacias stop. Hertz is located in walking distance and route 1a entrance is just a few blocks away, so you can rent a car and drive to outskirts without being annoyed by confusing traffic inside the city.

You have to carry your suitcase several steps to reach the lift. No self laundry room in the hotel but you can find self laundry rooms nearby.

location!! tram stop directly outside the door !! Free Geneva public transport card! a godsend!! highly appreciated. 5 min walk to supermarket and restaurants. Kitchenette very useful! especially microwave!! tea/coffee making facilities, all crockery and utensils provided! Very helpful staff!! assisted with getting very important documents signed and returned!!

Although I did not use the kitchenette, this is a very good aparthotel. The room was super clean, and also big, I could also exercise in the morning. The bathroom was also excellent, spacey, and most importantly there was enough water in the shower, which is rare. The breakfast was not included in the price, I ordered it and did not regret it. The staff is not only kind but also funny. The receptionist is a linguist, I heard him speak Spanish fluently, and he also knew some words in Hungarian which was surprising. They offer a free ticket for public transport! (Not for the first time in Geneva.) They guide you to the hotel from the airport! Amazing.

This is a friendly hotel with a good location in Geneve city center. The people working, from manager to lobby staff, were all so friendly, smiling, helpful. They offered free coffee and tea all the time in lobby area. Plus, if it’s rainy they offer umbrellas, they offer clean towels&slippers any time you want during your stay, also free public transport card is a bonus. Rooms were so comfy; especially the studios. Fully equipped Mini kitchens were useful; you might do market shopping and eat anything in your room during your stay. It was few stops with tram departing just outside the hotel to reach city center. Also a nice and short walk is possible.

Room 70 is amazing--long entryway with kitchenette and great bathroom. A large living room/seating area with an alcove for teac/coffee, and then a separate very comfortable bedroom. The reception desk is always represented by a friendly, professional person who is generally interested in making one's stay wonderful. The tram is right outside the hotel--was super easy to get everywhere. To walk from the hotel in 20-25 minutes, you are at the lake already. . . . incredible value for money for business stays or longer stays in Geneva than 3-4 days because of the well-stocked kitchenette--everything you need!

Lovely friendly hotel, short tram ride. or walkable in 20 minutes or so, from the beautiful old town/lake. Helpful staff, allowed us to check in early, which was great! Free Geneva tourist travel card organised ahead of our arrival. Well equipped studio with everything we needed to cook for ourselves.

Our room was on a high floor near the rear of the hotel, but we could still hear the traffic, it is on a main road. The individual a/c unit was very noisy, it would have been difficult to sleep had we kept it on but luckily it was a cool night so we switched it off.

The location of the hotel is very convenient if you are visiting the university or participating events in the Uni Mail. Making tea or coffee in the small kitchen wa a plus. I did not use the kitchen otherwise but seems adequate if one wanted to use it. Free coffee in the breakfast room during the day was nice.

I did not use the AC unit in the room because it was very noisy.
