Very friendly staff. The receptionist was amazing lady and friendly. We thank her so much for making sure we get our breakfast before leave. The location it's amazing. Rooms are comfortable.

Unfortunately the cleaning was not what we expected. The most serious thing was the toilet dirty and the funny thing they put this paper on top saying that they clean it. Once I put up the cover underneath was dirties from previous clients. We didn't mention anything because the receptionist was very nice but seriously once I saw it I wanted to scream. I don't think the cleaner does her job. The rest of room was very clean, the towles the bed everything was clean there. Only the toilet and its the most important for hygiene.

The location was in walking distance to all of the important sites in Old Town - the castle, the UFO bridge, a shopping mall, the water front and the Castle Devin cruise dock. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a note that said if your pillows were not comfortable they would try to provide you with ones that were more to your preference. I thought the pillows were great, so I never had to change out the pillows. Ours were thick pillows. The location was rather quite for a weekend, which I liked. Highly recommend.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

This hotel really did exceed my expectations. I booked a twin room which was far more spacious than expected. The hotel itself is lovely, everything very clean and welcoming. It benefits from being a small hotel and feels very friendly. Staff very helpful. The location is perfect, I was a little worried about noise at night as our room was at the side of the hotel that was opposite a karaoke bar but this didn't end up being a problem. Would also fully recommend the restaurant downstairs! Breakfast also exceeded expectations.

The only down side was that the room wasn't great for plug sockets!

Perfect location, just 20 m from the Old Square. Big and clean room, nice furniture, wide and very comfortable beds. Very good noise insulation - even when the street was noisy sometimes (ar. 11:00+ pm), the noise was not a problem when windows are closed. Nice, friendly and helpful ladies on the reception desk. Very good and varied breakfast.

The shower was not good enough - it was not possible to adjust it either vertically or horizontally (sideways). But for only 4 days it was acceptable.

When we arrived we had a lovely welcome from a Receptionist. She gave us lots of information and was kind enough to print off a bus timetable for us. She booked a return taxi to the airport and was very helpful and always had a smile. Room was lovely and warm when we arrived and the heating was very good. Breakfast had a varied selection.

A couple of little housekeeping issues, dirty cups not removed or replaced, tissue box not replenished and when one hand towel was placed on the floor as it was dirty, this was refolded and placed on the shelf, not replaced.

The location is absolutely great on the historic centre just for pedestrians. The room was large and comfortable. Very quiet although sitting on the top of the restaurant and on the centre. Good wifi and very clean. Intimate breakfast space. Very close to most Bratislava attractions.

I didn't like the separation between the toilet and the bath, not really pratical and besides they looked a little dated. The breakfast could have a little more variety and some products ended very quickly with no reposition.

I'm a little late with my review. Oh~ I don't know the name of the hotel staff in the lobby, but she was the best hotel staffs I've ever met. She always greeted my family with a smile and went out of her way to find and answer any questions I had. I just wanted to thank her again through this review. In addition, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location of the hotel couldn't have been better and my family was able to walk to many popular tourist attractions.

If I had to pick one thing, I would say that they could have paid a little more attention to the hygiene of the breakfast. There were a few fruit flies in the fruit juice container and I had to watch them get into my cup when I was pouring the fruit juice, but I guess these things happen all the time. If I were to visit Bratislava again, I would definitely stay at this hotel again because of the above mentioned advantages.

Location, spacious room, breakfast was good, clean. Reception were very nice and helpful. Our balcony was gorgeous 😍 and we used it evey day.. The associated restaurant with traditional food was very good too. We ate there twice.

A smart tv would be nice as there was no English speaking TV. We travel alot so don't need to be on the go all the time. I always find having an iron and ironing board great too. But I'm not complaining just saying that those additions would suit us.

So there’s a lot to say about APLEND City, but I’ll keep it short. In overall; I’d rate it a 9.1/10 stay, and here’s why: The lobby is very cozy and very easy to find from the outside. The rooms had everything you needed. A TV, Airconditioning (which worked amazingly well in the rooms), refridgerator, kettle for tea etc. Also very modern bathroom were everything felt clean. So there was a lot to like. From our room, we could also see the castle looking out the window, which was very nice. The breakfast was also very good, with lots of different type of food. The location was amazing too, as its literally 20 meters from the city. Also a lot of fine dining around, which is nice for more romantic trips.

The rooms themselves were a little bit small for my liking, would’ve liked it a tad bigger. The pullout sofabed was a little stiff, but not too bad. The temperature in the lobby was extremely hot (yes it was a hot season in Slovakia with around 32-35 degrees) but would’ve been nice with a little airdconditioning in the lobby, for both the guests and the hosts.

We opted for APLEND CITY Hotel Perugia for our brief stay in Bratislava, and its central location proved to be an excellent choice. Right from our arrival, the reception warmly welcomed us, swiftly completing our check-in before escorting us to our room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large bed, pleasant furniture, a refrigerator, and efficient air conditioning—a welcome relief during our visit. Breakfast was served on the -1 floor of the building and offered a satisfying variety. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, thanks to the hotel's convenient location, comfortable amenities, and accommodating service.

The vintage glass elevator added a charming touch, though it required patience as its doors needed to be fully closed before each use.
