I booked this hotel as i wanted to cut down on the costs of our visit to venice and i must say that this hotel exceeded our expectations. We were two adults and two children (5 and 7) and even though the room was small we didnt need more space. We just wanted a place to sleep with easy transportation to venice and it could not get better! The bus stop is just outside the hotel. Tickets are approx. 1.5 euro one way and it takes about 20 min. Its all the buses that starts with no 6. The mestre station is just 5 min walk and its just across the hotel and down the street. I was expecting the area to be a bit dodgy after reading previous reviews but it was perfectly fine on this side of the train station. One evening we took the wrong bus and got off at the other side of the bridge and i didnt like that area at all. I was a bit nervous to walk there late at night with my kids and it felt dodgy. The only negative i can say is that there is not much option for restaurants in the area. We had to go to the train station to get Burger King and for chinese we had to walk to the other side of the station. The hotel room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was good. My son cant have gluten and they were great with offering cornflakes and other gluten free option. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location was good, close to bus and train that drive to Venice.

Breakfast was ok, but a bit limited in options. Cleanliness and facilities were a bit questionable but i cannot say bad.

So we arrived after 10.30 which Was the normal check in time, the gentleman at the reception didn't mind checking us in, he was very friendly and helpful when asking for instructions. The day after we got instruction from the friendly lady at the receptionist on how to get into the main island. There is a bus stop 1 min from the hotel. Take the busses 6, 6l and 66 to get to the main island in less than 10 minutes. Ride costs 1.5 euro Upot checking out we left our bags at the lobby free of charge, although it was written that it costs 1 euro per bag. Very satisfied with my overall experience

The room was a bit small and dark. But for the price is acceptable

Very close to the train station. It saved me a lot of time traveling to Venice the next day.

The room is small, the detergent smell is very strong

- Early check-in was great, which allowed us to spend a couple of extra hours in Venice. - Really nice staff at the reception. She also helped regarding going to Venice and so on. - Bus right in front of the hotel and within 10 minutes you are at Piazzala Rome Venice. While coming back just remember the bus stop "Durando" which is around 200m away. - Hotel secure parking (only 10 EUR) right in it's premise was a breeze. - Breakfast was very good. Coffee although average. - Comfortable beds. Bathroom etc all neat and clean. Overall very satisfied with the hotel.

The payment is worth it

The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and nice. The location is walking distance from Maestre Train Station, there is a bus in front of the hotel. The room has it own bathroom with towels and toiletries. The breakfast is just right with a lot of choices coffee, hot chocolate, fruit juice, cereal, croissants, ham, cheese, eggs, butter, cakes, yogurt, biscuits, cookies, apples, banana, nectarines and honey. The staff are all hardworking, polite and friendly

Location, people and style were great, all was clean, not new, but that also has some charm 😉 parking options worked fine, it was a very enjoyable stay.

For me the bed was comfortable, for my other half it was a little too hard, we were commuting very early which left not much time for breakfast (starts at 7) and we were expecting a bit better coffee ;) it was not bad and we did not try the coffee in the bar, but from Italian breakfast I expected a little more ;)

Breakfast was nice, the staff was accomodating, bathroom was equipped with all you need like shampoo and soaps although we brought our own. Bed was comfortable and the space of the room was good enough for 3 people to move!

the AC doesn't really cool well and it was too hot this month ( August). We complained to the staff and they send right away a person to look for that but unfortunately the AC was already in maximum level and that's the only cool air it can give. I will still leave them a good review since they give their best to make us comfortable even if we are only staying for a night.

pretty close to train station, 10 EURO per day for car parking. 7 EURO for breakfast although the foods type is pretty limited, but it is pretty acceptable.

Hotel is behind of train station, you have to go through a underground aisle to train station another side to take a train, the underground aisle is pretty dirty and heavy smell, feel not safe. the east side of train station is crowder and lots of resterants and shops.
