The guys at the reception were extremely good, friendly, and helpful. The hostel was always clean, I lost count of how many times I saw them cleaning the bathrooms and rooms! They also provide a shower towel, a beach towel, and a padlock for free if needed. I also appreciated that they have affiliations with a diving club and offer surfing lessons every day. The location is great, really close to supermarkets, the beach, and bus stops. They also have a terrace outside where people can eat, drink, and enjoy the weather and the company of others.

There are only three bathrooms, each with one toilet and one shower, so sometimes you might have to wait a bit to take a shower or use the toilet. However, to be honest, I never had to wait too long. Just keep it in mind if you're in a rush for some reason. If you get one of the two rooms downstairs, it might be a bit noisy in the morning (around 7-8 AM) as the hostel starts waking up. Also, since the reception is very close and open until 11 PM, there might be some noise in the evening as well. However, nothing that a good pair of earplugs can't fix!

The most clean hostel I’ve ever been to 😀 The staff where very friendly, kind and talkative we had free towels and 🔒 locks which was a big bonus! Kitchen facilities and tools where so clean, we could cook, share free food and have free coffee as well I was very surprised with how clean the bathroom was as well! With clean towels in the bathroom which have been changed very frequently during the day, the same for the map in the bathroom Location is great, very close by to the main bus stop as well, beach and to local transport including taxi Thank you so much everyone in the reception!!!❤️❤️✨✨✨

Coffee quality could have been much better.. sorry I didn’t like it at all for my tastes, but still so kind to offer free coffee!!! It would be great if you could have decaf espresso as well, like on a separate machine ideally, not instant x

Staff were incredibly friendly and approachable. Thanks to Antonella, Lucia, and Mirian! The BBQ night was superb food experience which is usually held on a Thursday. Location of the hostel is perfect, walking distance to Siam Park, the main bus station, the supermarket, restaurants and ofc the beaches. The bed has curtains for privacies and despite having only an electric fan, it was actually not that hot in the room. There are also three different bathrooms available within the hostel which makes it accessible to many people at the same time. They also offer surfing lessons! It was a comfortable stay and a hostel that makes you feel at home and relaxed!

Being my first time in a hostel I was a bit worried about this new experience. I think now I just became a hostel lover thanks to ESH. All the other guests were friendly and interesting persons from very different backgrounds. Everyone followed the rules and I still can't believe how quiet this place was at night. I usually struggle with sleeping, but I managed to rest very well. The kitchen is well organised, bathrooms are private, spacious and never had to wait to use them, the patio is quite big and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Everything is spot on as the staff is constantly cleaning throughout the day. They are all friendly and helpful, but the star of the show was Emma, which was amazingly friendly and helpful. She is lovely and made my stay so much better. The location is also very good, close to the beaches and right next to a big free car park which for me was very convenient having rented a car. I wouldn't think that I'd be so relaxed in a hostel, but it felt like home, I hope I'll be back soon. Thanks

Common areas are nice, they give the chance to meet people the minute you arrive. It’s also well located and easily accessable by public transportation, so I highly recommend the hostel for solo travellers who come to Tenerife for the first time.

The bunk beds aren’t the most stable, I had the upper bed and every time i climbed up the whole thing was moving and I thought I’m gonna fall on the girl sleeping on the lower bed. Also bathrooms are quite busy and the water pressure isn’t the best in the showers.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! The staff here are incredibly professional and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the garden is such a peaceful and beautiful place to relax. What really stands out is the vibrant and social community that makes it easy to meet people from all over the world. Special thanks again to the wonderful employees for always being so friendly and providing all the helpful information throughout my stay. It truly made the experience unforgettable!

All good

Very friendly and helpful staff. Other guests were considerate and respectful of the quiet vibe. Appreciated access to a locker. It was low stress to get picked for the surf lesson and teaching teaching helped me catch a few rides. I really enjoyed hearing about the work Roger and Matteo do to help people with accessibility needs benefit from surfing. The barbecue was delicious and a great opportunity to socialise with other guests

Surf was over too soon! The 'after barbecue' party could have been communicated better. I made plans so wasn't able to join The nearby area is dominated buy football bars. A few tips for quieter, more Spanish places to go would be handy

Perfect location for everything! (Travel with bus station near by, supermarkets are 5 minute walk away, close to dive centres too!) The property itself is exceptionally clean. The staff are very helpful. The hostel itself offers scuba diving and surfing lessons. Great way to meet new people!

Only discrepancy was that some roommates were a little noisy at early hours of the morning. But that is to be expected when sharing a room! Everyone had there own plans :)

What I liked about the hostel was the staff, cleanliness, rooms. People working there were always cheerful and friendly. They let me leave my bag there after checking out and use public spaces, they provided me with towels both regular and beach, a lock and a key for a private locker, were helpful in any possible way indeed. Rooms and public places were very clean. Apparently it is a priority. I stayed there twice, first in a female room for 4 with a private bathroom and access to the terrace with nice sun beds, second in a female room without these features. It was cozier in the first room but surprisingly shower power was better in a shared bathroom. Wi-Fi was stable, I was able to work every day. The hotel on Santa Cruz I stayed after it was way more expensive but internet there was a disaster. Mercadona supermarket is 4 min on foot, the beach is 10 min as well as the bus station. Very convenient location.
