Clean property with comfortable beds. Close to the Convention. A nice walk to and fro.

The restaurant food was basic.

Good location. Staff was courteous and professional.

Outdate rooms. AC did not work properly. One Elevator kept breaking down. It was overall clean but needs consistent TLC! The parking lot was trashed by patrons however staff worked hard to keep the property clean throughout the day.

From the moment I arrived I was impressed. Very nice, clean facility and priced right considering its proximity to ORD (shuttle too). Alex checked me in and answered questions very well. My suite was exceptionally clean, and everything worked! Bath and fixtures were all perfect! Hats off to your staff, all areas including the pool and common areas were spotless. There also appeared to be some sort of walking area or patio outside, I saw many people using while I was in the pool. The buffet breakfast was fabulous! A real restaurant buffet, definitely NoT the usual hotel lobby toast and coffee kind. Everything was fresh, well prepared and non-greasy. big variety, and staff kept everything well-stocked.

The pool was exceptionally clean (no greasy ring) and lots of towels, but for me, just a few degrees warmer in the pool. It wasn't cold, just could have been a bit warmer. Other than that, a perfect stay.

Beautiful property appeared to be geared to cater to business travellers. My suite was lovely and the amenities just excellent.

Our room has great space for us 4, we've stayed here before but this time wasn't great like the others.

This reservation was in place for weeks, come Saturday and we went to the front desk to ask for more towels which didn't come when needed. At the end of the day we walked into our room to find a garbage bag filled with towels on the floor. It just seemed rude not to mention 1 elevator being unavailable and how impossible it was to get on it without waiting for a long time.

Second time staying and seems to have gotten better, good choice for overnight stop after landing at O Hare and heading west. Double suite was comfortable and spacious. Staff were lovely, surroundings are nice with lake and trees. Place is used by lots of airline staff. Breakfast was good.

We had a quite night and the room was clean.

Air conditioner was abit loud but was so tired we fell asleep eventually. Plus our room came with free continental breakfast and when we went to breakfast a lady asked for our breakfast ticket. We didn't have one. So I asked the front desk about our breakfast because we didn't receive any ticket when we checked in. We showed him our Booking.com reservations ( which said Free complimentary breakfast). He gave us our ticket, but this was very inconvenient and embarrassing.

The beds and the rooms were comfortable.

That you have to pay for breakfast which I felt it should be complimentary breakfast. Dinner I can understand paying for but breakfast should be accommodated.

The location is beautiful, it was safe, and I loved that it was set back away from the main road. The location was nice as well, with its proximity close to restaurants, shopping, and gas stations.

The ice machine was not working on the 2nd floor. I had to go to the 4th floor to get ice.

Great, professional staff! Location was right off freeway and quiet. Rooms were good size and extremely well insulated, we felt like we were the only people there but it was completely booked.
