Really good location for us, parallel to main shopping street and nice walk to the sights. Street not too busy either. The staff were so kind and allowed us to check in early with our baby which was a huge help. Breakfast was good too with a nice selection.

Everything was good really- we had a terrace with decking on our room bit couldnt use it because it was so slippery due to all the moss so it definitely needs a clean.

The location was excellent, and the room was extremely spacious.

While the staff were professional, they lacked warmth and friendliness—not rude, but somewhat robotic. In customer service, I believe friendliness is crucial. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for its parking facilities. However, the instructions provided were unclear and led us to a different parking area, Q Parking, which turned out to be cheaper and closer to the hotel. Additionally, after making my non-refundable booking, I read a number of concerning reviews about bed bugs. Fortunately, our room was in a renovated wing. I inspected the room thoroughly and, aside from some stains on the carpet, it looked good. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money. However, the experience with the reception staff and the bed bug reviews did leave a bit of a sour taste.

We did not have breakfast but the location was excellent it was close to the train station and shopping centre. Great value for money

The location of the Hotel is amazing 15 mint walk to most of the historical placed and very close to the city center were you can shop and eat plus there are 2 shopping malls close by. The staff were sweet and very helpful. Breakfast was good repeatedly the same everyday, The room was speciose and what most mattered to me the floor was quite and you can sleep peacefully with no noise.

The hotel my pay more attention to the cleaning of the room as its only vacuumed lightly and sometimes not at all. I spelled some coffee on one side of the bed and the sheet wasn't changed until I left. Further, The separation of the toilet and bathroom is unpractical and unhygienic plus its really waste of space.

Perfect location, very good breakfast and close to all amenities. Just about 3 mins walk to the metro. Staff are very friendly and helpful and allowed to check in earlier than usual time.

Our room had the toilet separate from the bathroom but without a sink to wash hands after using the toilet. You needed to cross to the bathroom to wash your hands.

The daily breakfast was very nice, and I like the fact that the ladies in charge waited a few more minutes for me to pick up my breakfast!

You definitely should remove the necessity to press the Up button when exiting with your car at the top of the ramp, from inside to outside: it is very dangerous and can cause accidents, especially for new drivers who can leave their car in neutral gear and forget to put the parking brake, and have the car start sliding backwards down the ramp to crash at the bottom! It is clear that if you get to the top of the ramp, from inside to outside direction, then you want to exit: so there is absolutely no need to press the Up button, the garage door should raise itself automatically!

The property is 10 min walk from Brussels-Nord train stop and very accessible. Was not staying in the city but travelling to Bruges and Ghent so the station is positioned nicely. Room was very spacious, clean bathroom and shower, very comfortable bed and working air conditioning. Bedding is changed daily if you wish, if not bed is made daily and room cleaned. The amenities are generous; you get your slippers and a robe. There is also coffee and tea maker with both provided. There is also refrigerator but mine seemed not working but that wasn’t a problem.

Breakfast is standard for hotels, nothing special but it gets the job done. The surrounding of the hotel is not very clean but that is the cities problem.

The hotel was very good, the staff very helpful and polite, the location central, the rooms spacious, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was continental and full English which was delicious, the restaurant was lovely and the food delicious. I will definitely return on my next visit to Brussels.

The price was a little high.

The staff were friendly and helpful, I could not fault the cleanliness of the hotel and my room. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast and the dishes were quickly replenished when empty. The hotel is in a quiet part of town and only 10 minutes to walk in. The metro was about 10 minutes walk and got you easily to the main station where we had a day trip to Brugge. Really enjoyed my trip.

I had plenty of space in my room, the only problem was I was in room 3224 on the 2nd floor. Outside my window is a canopy with a spot light on it, so at night the light came through the window, making it feel like daylight, so I didn’t get much sleep. This could be rectified by the curtains being slightly longer and going into the corner.

Location is about 10 min walk from Brussels Nord so easy to get train to/from airport. Centre is then less than 10 mins away from hotel which is great.

Not the hotel issue but I would be careful of pickpockets around the city and close to the train station.
