Beautiful hotel in a very good location. About 10 minutes walk to the beach, city center, train station, tram stop, supermarket and pharmacy. We stayed in the family room (two adjoining rooms with an extra third door for more privacy). The rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel has a luggage room where you can leave your luggage before or after check-in/out hours. The staff is friendly and helpful. Mr. David at the Reception is very kind and provided us with a lot of tourist informations.

the location was wuite good , the rooms were nice and we got upgraded but one of the rooms was very small, there was plenty of parking and the staff were mostly nice and helpfull. the water and snacks in the loby were nice' a very good envirment for people who want to be close to chabad house

.we didnt get a late checkout and felt like the women at the reception on out last day didnt like people from my country and showed it as she was speaking with us very impationtly there is no shower outside the room for the hotel guests . the stream in the shower was weak and the water went out and made the shower floor wet' there are no many facilities

Lovely hotel and lovely clean room - excellent location. The best part of this hotel was the staff, who were really helpful. We would like to say a special thank you to Noreen at breakfast who always greeted us with a smile and a chat. Also to David,Diame and Julian on reception who all were helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was exactly like the pictures. Modern, stylish, clean, beautiful. The room was very quiet and even if it was not big, we had enough space for us and our big suitcase. Very clean... always! The staff was amazing, so helpful and kind. Thank you Noreen for welcoming us every day with a smile and our double espresso. Everybody was so friendly and eager to help: Diame at reception gave us so many tips, Isa and her delicious breakfast... everybody... Helena,Maria Nchama (I do not know the proper spelling of the names, sorry!!!) Thank you everybody.

We liked everything. Only one thing I would improve is the curtain, since there is another building in front of the hotel, we had to keep the heavy curtain used to make dark, also during the day, when we needed some privacy. But even if I am obsessed with privacy, it was not a real problem.

I like the warmth and attitude of the staff which were very welcoming with a positive attitude. Noreen, Claudia, Isa, David, Diane and Charles were amazing and very helpful!!!

This is our second visit to Nice, and this hotel is extremely stylish and exquisite. It is located in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood. Interestingly, all the surrounding roads are named after musicians. David at the hotel was incredibly warm and hospitable. He upgraded our room and arranged a super gorgeous suite for us. When we opened the door, we were overjoyed. There was a typical Parisian balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a cozy sofa. The view was absolutely stunning. This hotel also features a very unique elevator with a history of over a hundred years. Every time we stepped out of it, it felt like we had traveled through time, just like a scene from a movie. The breakfast at the hotel was also great. The flavored black tea after the meal was exceptionally delicious. Thanks to Norean Diane and Charles for their thoughtful service. Overall, this hotel perfectly combines modern chic with historical charm. From the environment and facilities to the service, every detail reflects its high quality. If you're planning a trip to Nice, choosing this hotel will surely guarantee you an unforgettable and wonderful stay.

Really lovely hotel in a beautiful old building updated inside just enough to preserve its character whilst creating clean and attractive decor and facilities. It’s in a good area about 10 mins to the beach or the old town. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

Everything about the property was lovely. The only slight irritation was the rather overly laid back/ slightly rude attitude of the man on reception. I rang down to ask him to order us a taxi straight away but when we came down he hadn’t done it and when I asked why he said he was talking to someone / busy. This was at 7.30 am when there were literally only 2 people having breakfast at the far side of the room. 10 mins later he said the taxi had been cancelled because of a ‘blockage’. He didn’t seem interested in being helpful. When the taxi did arrive the driver said this didn’t make sense to him but warned us to always ask for a ‘proper’ taxi to be ordered. I’m not saying this is what happened but useful to know.

The Hotel is location within a ten minute walk of the railway station. It is ideally located in a quiet mainly residential district. The staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly and brought a sense of real joy , especially Noreen who made every morning so cheerful along with Diame, David and Charles. A terrific team who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable ; thank you all. The buffet breakfast was excellent with hot and cold food available which was plentiful and full of variety. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping team. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower hot and powerful.

There was nothing to dislike or comment in a negative way.

The kindness , cooperation of the entire staff. The smile of staff reflect their happiness to serve the customers . We felt a family atmosphere during our 2 nights staying . The loyalty of staff during customer service . We were not satisfied with the room as it was too small. We spoke to the receptionist, and she gave us an upgrade to a bigger room, and we paid an additional €50 plus the room cost . On behalf of my family brother and sister, we would like to extend our appreciation to the entire reception team, Diame/David/Claudia/Juliev/Kevin, and Jim. Thanks to Noreen, who has been serving all the time with a big smile. The genersouty of the hotel owner and management team. Snak ( juice, hot drinks, and cake) were served all day at free cost to hotel customers.

We had a really comfortable stay at this recently renovated very nice hotel. I specifically booked this place because it has the "family" room option, which is essentially two separate rooms with a special common "entrance hall" which also isolates you from the main hotel corridor. The breakfast was very tasty and all staff we encountered were extremely polite and professional. I am a picky sleeper and like my comfort and we were able to really relax at this hotel. We walked to the beach and to the old town and also it is very close to the train station.

This is obviously not the hotel's fault but one day we unfortunately had quite a noisy neighbour.
