We have been regular guests at the Ambassador Hotel, and every stay is simply outstanding. The location is unbeatable, making it the perfect choice for exploring the city. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to everything you need. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, and the staff were kind, helpful, and professional. While the furniture is a bit dated, it actually adds a charming, characterful atmosphere to the room rather than detracting from it. It felt cosy and authentic rather than worn out. Overall, an excellent choice—I’d gladly stay here again.

There is one small size elevator only, the rooms are small with less space to walk and move, the free bottle water provided at arrival only, high price for the existing room style.

The location of the hotel was very good, it was very easy to reach everywhere and I liked it very much. Also, the size of the room and the comfort of the beds were very good. Finally, even though I was using a European laptop charger, their splugs were very different, but they gave me a converter for that. It was really pleasing that the staff was solution-oriented and helpful.

Wonderful location close to railway, shopping, lake and restaurants. Comfortable rooms. Wonderful service. Poured with rain our first night and we were given umbrellas to use when we went out.

Thought I was getting twin beds when I booked but they didn’t have any. Not a huge issue for us but something to be aware of.

The location and how clean it was. Bernard and another young man (sorry didn’t get his name but was on duty Monday morning) made it extra special with their smiles , being helpful and knowledge of the area! X

Location is very good, central and a short walk to Geneva train station. Beautiful views from the breakfast room.

The hotel is very old, feels like 1950s vibe. This adds character to the place, but also unfortunately not as comfortable. The rooms are small and cramped. Not a huge issue for me but don't expect this to be a relaxing environment. If you're just using this as a base to explore the area then it's fine. Breakfast offered was quite limited.

A luxurious hotel in a brilliant location right on the lake shore - a quick walk across the bridge and you're right in the middle of the shopping district. The hotel is well presented with polite and courteous staff. I found it difficult to determine the parking situation when I booked the room, but there is vallet parking on site. My car was parked in the underground garage for the two nights I stayed. Our room was on a corner and offered a view of the city and distant mountains from all three windows.

The location is fabulous. It's facing Starbucks, and it's close to Manor and other shopping placings. The price is good given that it's Geneva.

Like most hotels in Geneva, the hotel rooms are just standard. The lobby is basic, and there is anything special. The beds are very narrow although that I'm not big or tall.
