This Hilton is very nice. Check in was flawless. Room was gorgeous and super comfortable. The temperature was perfect. I slept like baby. They have a nice gym, a restaurant, a little store. The room is generously stocked, and surprise!! There is a fridge in the room. It was very quiet, the shuttle came quickly. I loved my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a safe, positive environment with everything you need. Will be back!!

Your staff are amazing. Everybody at the front desk, everyone else on the premises but I would like to give the special compliments to the lady who was amazingly kind to us in the breakfast restaurant. I believe her name is Eneida. My memory for names is terrible so I apologise if I got it wrong. The lady is kind, warm and loves people. She is also very professional as she responds to customers’ needs intuitively. This is rare in customer service and I believe it should be noticed and rewarded. She is a real gem and please inform her of our compliments. We stayed here twice, once on arrival from London and the second time just before the departure. We chose the hotel again mainly because of the above kindness we experienced. The rooms are a bit tired and in need of a bit of modernisation so it’s the people who bring the business. Thank you

Bed was comfortable, staff was extremely friendly.

We went to dinner one night and ordered hot tea. The waitress rolled her eyes and then brought us luke warm tea. When we told her she complained about how busy they were and that things would be a little slow. She the manager brought us hot tea. Then we asked for more hot water (it was a cold night) and again she brought us luke warm water. She kept making excuses for her poor service and after an hour of waiting for our food, we left. The staff in the morning was extremely nice and helpful. Enieda, was especially accommodating.

The staff were very kind. Several of us arrived after having flights cancelled/changed and without luggage. They brought us water and toiletries and were really just so nice after what was a very trying day. Also, the airport shuttle was very convenient.

The hotel is a bit dated. That being said, it was clean and well appointed. It was expensive, despite being a bit dated, but what it lacked in decor, it made up for in staff professionalism, service and location.

- The hotel had a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel. The bus was clean and the large windows let you take in the wonderful scenery. - The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient with getting all visitors checked in and out. - My room was clean, with a great view, and housekeeping was wonderful as well. - Breakfast was not continental however it was competitively priced. - The restaurant had a great team of bartenders and servers. My food was delicious.

I really liked how we got there at 5am and we were able to check into our room. You guys went above and beyond, everyone was happy and attentive, very helpful staff. and there was a small snack shop that had cool magnets!

I have no complaints, this hotel stay has made me decide to be a repeat customer. I dont plan on staying at any other hotel chain when I/ my family decide to travel!

The hotel was clean and the lobby had comfortable seating to relax in. The young lady managing the coffee cafe was very helpful and professiona.

Our room had a smoky smell when we first arrived. I spoke with the front desk and he said it may have come from smoking on the patio below our room. He said he would let housekeeping know to air out our room which may not have been used for awhile.

Camron at the front desk was amazing. My flight to phoenix got in early at 9am. By the time I got to the hotel via shuttle it was 9:30am. I was staying the night because I was so exhausted after traveling back from Nashville. I asked him if there was any rooms available before the 4pm check in and he happily replied that there was a room ready. My experience was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you Hilton hotels for always being accommodating and having the most wonderful staff. Will definitely be staying with Hilton again!

Location to the PHX airport is fantastic, beautiful property with full restaurant/bar, 24 hour free shuttle service to/from the airport on the 1/2 hour.

If you are not an elite Hilton member, the two (2) bottled waters in the room, they charge you $3. We felt the two small bottle waters should be provided free of charge… come on Hilton.

When I told the clerk at the front desk that my flight out wasn't until 3:30 pm, he offered to give me a "late checkout" time of 1 pm, which worked much better for me. I've never heard of that option before.

I put a full water bottle in the fridge overnight and the water froze! That fridge is too cold. Please check it.
