Location - excellent & great value, city centre in all directions within minutes. Personable & communicative Reception Host - but they also leave & its almost like you're own AirBnB - so there's amazing lock/key system, so don't expect a full time concierge! Nor would you need one. Room 105 was great; spacious, full length Mirror, enough basic equipment for 3 days in Rome (we're not an insanely fussy couple) but hot on cleanliness. So the room was very clean & storage in abundance, full length Mirror, all the basics for a tourist stay. The free tea & coffee, water was a lovely touch. Tons of shops/coffee immediately downstairs & wonderful Thai massage to the left alley way. I thought was great for "Rome" given some of the prices elsewhere these days!

Alessandro the host was great, prompt replies via WhatsApp. The room was cleaned daily with bottled water provided. Only downsides were, the bed wasn't really suited to me and my wife and the building work taking place next door, right outside our window, which was noisy 1st thing on a morning, but this is temporary and shouldn't put anyone off staying here. The location is perfect everywhere is walkable, so no need for transport. We would without doubt stay here again

The location was excellent, safe and super handy for walking in and viewing Rome, we were in the centre of everything. The staff were absolutely amazing, they let us check in early as the room was ready and we were able to leave our luggage in the building after checkout which was amazing. They always greeted us and were super pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, it had all the facilities advertised and we weren't lacking anything. We were very happy with our stay.

Although the room is a bit small, it is very comfortable: a soft bed, AC in the room, bathroom has great water-pressure, and provides enough space suitcases and clothes. The room has a good fridge. The property also has a very nice terrace with a coffee machine. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The property has agreat location, close to many bars, restaurants, a metro station, points of interest, and grocery stores.

Shower head in the bathroom was loose.

I booked superior double room , the room was very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect. The check-in and check-out was easy and very pleasant. Thank you very much guys for doing great job. 🙏🙏🙏

The room was written 26 m square, but really, it doesn't look like it. I was on 27 December, so for me, it was a bit cold for me , we used air conditioners, but it makes noise it is normal , so i think it is good to have ear plags it you need quietness. Otherwise it was wonderful staying. Thank you very much !

It is the location that made us choose the Relais, close to attractions and bars, and well served by public transport. The corner where the accommodation is situated is very busy with locals and tourists because a fountain with drinking running water and a bar open from the early hours in the morning.

There is a lot of communication between us and proprietary, via texts, booking.com, WhatsApp that became the favourite meaning. Mainly where requests from the Relais: time of arrival, check in and check out times, what to do if the arriving was late... but sadly, the person who had to meet us was a hour late, and we had to wait outside in the hot sun (31°!). We wished to have fewer messages, especially when you are busy visiting Rome or enjoying a drink or a meal.

Perfect location, central to all the major attractions, within walking or using Metro/Bus. I understood breakfast was included, but was not. There was free coffee and biscuits. Great little food/coffee shop on the corner. Great AC and very comfortable bed. Daily room cleaning was excellent, with very friendly staff. Coordinating airport pickup and return was very smooth. Smallish bathroom, but adequate for the week long stay.

The internet did not work. A major issue for me, after a full week , and having to work. I would have to go out of hotel for internet. Hotel access for check in was delayed. Our room was near entry doors for check in and late night noise was an issue

The triple room was large with a double bed and a single bed (not just a sofa like some places), and didn’t feel cramped. Air conditioning also worked well with the hot weather. Location was perfect - less than 5 minutes walk from Trevi Fountain! Area felt safe and secure. Staff were also helpful and hotel was very easy to locate.

The room was big enough, if we are talking about Rome. Staff is super nice and friendly. I never leave feedback but for this one I had to. Everything was excellent. My sister lives in Rome and she was surprised how cool is the room and location. Price is nothing compared what you get

The only negative thing I could find is that they did not have a scale to scale the luggage.

Location is just amazing! The room itself was nice and clean. We were welcomed with a bottle of white wine, which was really lovely and set the tone for the whole trip.

It’s very small. Also, we had a summer terrace right outside our window. People were chatting and smoking there till late at night, and then back again at 5 a.m. making coffee. It was quite noisy and hard to sleep. But it’s just the problem with this particular room. I’m sure that other rooms are quieter and more comfortable.
