The bathroom is definitely the highlight, well appointed, generously sized shower and separate toilet. Plenty of towels and facecloths too. The area is also very quiet and you can expect a peaceful night during your stay.

Can't really think of anything. For the money paid, this is a bargain. Lack of AC might be an issue for some travelers during the increasingly hot European summers. But the room came with a powerful electric fan, which made a big difference.

Although not very central, the location of the apartment was great. In a nice area of Brussels. The shared toilettes / washrooms were great, spacious and clean, that are shared with two rooms what make them almost private. I like dhe big shared common area and the terrace. The quality-price ratio in my opinion was good to very good.

Rooms can be a bit noisy due the wooden floor. I went there a hot day and my room was very warm, be aware of that. The rest was all fine.

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable! My friend didn’t like the pillow but Patrick arranged for a different one to be brought to our room for the next night which was nice! More bathrooms than we expected which was nice because there was always at least one free. The view was nice and the location was good!

The room was clean, however the towels had quite an odd smell to them and the showers could have been a little cleaner.

The room is big, it has a heater which provides comfort during cold nights. The localization close to 2 metro stations giving you access all around the city. The bed is very comfy. Also in the room there are bathrobes you can use when going to the bathroom.

Nothing to mention in particular, maybe as a suggestion they should include hotel slippers for when you exit the shower and go to your room. The room we booked had a bathroom half level lower (between 1 and 2 floor).

Really easy to find and get into. The apartment was big and cozy, and the bed was great to sleep in. The interiors were designed in ways that were modern but also managed to appreciate the history at the same time. Very comfortable place. There was a small issue that needed to be fixed and it took maybe 10min for a person to come check it after it was reported, so it was very efficient.

The toilet lock didn't work properly (easy to fix though), there were no night stands and the sound proofing was virtually non existent. Netflix also didn't work (have to figure out other things to do, oh no.)

We booked a room for two people. The bathroom was shared. The room is excellent for 2 people and the washroom is also very neat and clean. The owner Patrick was very helpful. We leave our luggage after checking out for 3 hours as our Bus was at the evening.

The room is not totally soundproof. We heard the noises from the next door which were a bit uncomfortable at night.

The host was lovely and helped me carry my bags to my room. The location was within walking distance to a main metro/bus station. Bathrooms and bedroom were clean. Pretty quiet despite having other people staying there at the same time.

The only thing I found slightly annoying was the showerhead, it didn't have a holder so you had to hold it when you showered (minor issue).

Nice layout of the room, very clean and fresh. The housecoats were a nice, relaxing touch. The location was good as we were at an event in St.Gilles. Coffee was convenient and the bed was large and comfortable.

The apartment was a little run down and could use some attention/fixes. There is a kitchen, but it was not equipped to prepare a meal. Lastly, while the bathroom was for our use, it was outside the apartment, which lacked privacy.

Nice place to stay for 1-2 nights, amazing location on quiet street. 20m n walk from railway station, a lot restaurants in 10min walk. Really high ceilings. We liked lights in the room

You can hear neighbors through the door and it was kitchen next to our room - so we hear a lot on noise in the morning. There was no disposable slippers and we have no possibility to found some in any store, for us it was surprise.

The rooms are cozy, they have working heating. The bathroom is really clean and it has shared living room and kitchen. Fresh towels and bed sheets. The owners let us leave our luggage there after the check out while we left the city.

The stairs, we had 3 suitcases and we got the 4th floor no elevator. The stairs were really narrow, it barely fits a person going up so we had trouble carrying the luggage to our room. The location is good, near metro station but not walkable to any touristic spot. To Grand Place <30 mins walking.
