Pleasantly surprised with the spacious unit. We ended up booking a unit that had a separate bedroom with two singles beds and the double bed in the main room. The bonus was having the option to take our fur baby too. Decor n Towels were a bit old but otherwise clean and great value for money. Will definitely continue to use these facilities every time we visit. Would also be useful to have a few bowls in the room otherwise a fully functional kitchen with microwave and fill size fridge. Also a little back yard for our fur baby to visit too.

No bowls in the kitchen, nor hangers in the room. Driveway could do with a little more room eg remove that little stone garden and you will have enough space for cars to go both ways

Easy check-in. Easy access to our Carpark and the 2 bedroom apartment for our family of 5 was very spacious, tidy and met the needs for our 1 night stay in Masterton. Had an outdoor play ground, trampoline and pool which we didn’t get to use but great facilities to have for young kids. Had a nice indoor spa which was appreciated as the weather temperature has just dropped recently.

Slightly noisy with the traffic from the main road as it’s single glazed (quietened down after midnight). Lighting in the main lounge was quite dim.

The location was great for what I was looking for, I was wanting something that was close enough to shops without being in amongest the shops. I managed to have a nice walk to a nearby park, which I managed comfortably. It was clean, the cleaner was happy to have a quick chat, when I arrived back just after my room had been cleaned. The owner was friendly as well

Given that everything met my needs for what I was looking for, I can't say that there was anything that I didn't like

Hello, So Myself and 5 others were staying for a week and we enjoyed our stay, the lady at the desk was so nice and helpful she even gave me washing powder for free! this place was a prefect price and the accommodation was amazing. If we are ever in the Wairarapa/Wellington area again we are definitely staying.

We provided our own breakfast. We chose the motel because of its location. Being able to recharge our EV was great as we had quite a lot of family matters to attend to on a tight timetable.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke immediately outside our unit. It didn't pervade the unit, but it wasn't good to step out into or return to.

Large unit with cooking facilities

No aircon as it was hot and I was unwell and could not get comfortable. Ran out of toilet paper, no milk supplied, ran out of coffee. No room service so to speak of. A bottle of water delivered on our second day. Checked out a day early as we both got sick and the room was too hot and airless. The room was good size and tv channels were good.

Not warm enough with small heater. Bed mattress was lumpy. bedside lamps were too bright

Good clean units and good family motel great location and just one thing is the swimming pool could of been cleaned with the leafs off but otherwise good..just Saturday night the neighbors down the street decided to party until 2am while we try to sleep.

Comfy pillows,bed and couch,kitchen area and main room area more space to move around,blankets are warm, comfortable room.

Shower was a bit slippery,need new shower curtain also shower and toilets spaces was not too much of room to move around,our room main light was not working.

we arrived the weather was cold, went to room and the heater was on. next day went out came home and once again the heater was on and the room cosy. An older property but in great condition
