Great location just outside of the main business area of Windham. Nice, clean property. Seems relatively recently built.

Lighting could be stronger. Particularly bathroom vanity.

This hotel blew us away for the price we paid ($119) for a room with two queen beds. The room felt new/clean and had two great, super comfortable beds, soft, clean sheets, good pillows, etc... The bathroom had nice new towels, shampoo AND CONDITIONER (what budget hotel has separate conditioner?!?), good water pressure, etc... The room had a full mini-fridge that you could use to keep things cold. There was a decent selection at the included breakfast, but nothing that wasn't super processed/packaged. There is also an indoor pool that we didn't have time to explore, but looked nice.

Honestly, nothing! For that price, i don't think we could complain about anything. Maybe fresh fruit at the buffet? or something that wasn't in a package/processed?

Traveling band needed a room for the night. We stay with Microtel Windham every time we play in the area. Great value and comfortable, clean rooms. We are all tall so the extra height in the shower stalls is a bonus.

I have no complaints other than my room needed more pillows and the continental breakfast is a typical continental breakfast. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely book here again!

Not much to dislike other than a lack of mirrors in the room! Only one in the bathroom meaning only one family member at a time could get ready in the morning. Unusual in my experience of hotels

The wifi was just a normal password we put in we didn't have to login to some website and put in a bunch of extra information. The TV let us change inputs so we could use our Roku a ton of other hotels had that restricted. The breakfast was pretty solid. The staff was very friendly. There was a microwave which for some reason isn't standard. The price was a great value. If I am in the area again I will definitely be coming back here.

There was nothing I could honestly complain about. We've definitely been to our fair share of hotels and honestly this one was great.

Good hotel and right off the main road.

The gym closed too early, at 10, and cannabis smells were quite evident in the elevator and seeped into the room last night. We were wearing masks for a bit. There's no option to just run the fan in the room. Please add level 2 chargers.

Fantastic breakfast especially the waffle maker and eggs. Friendly staff. Crib for our 13 months old son.

We thought breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am. My husband went at 9.30am and they had cleared everything away - nothing left. The staff were friendly and switched on the juice machine for him (you could see they felt bad) but he walked away hungry and disappointed.

Included breakfast was great - nice selection. Coffee available 24/7 was also great. Nice to be away from the traffic noise at the back of the hotel. Shame about the neighbours! Night staff were great at check in and helped find a good pizza restaurant that was still open late.

Noisy neighbours on both sides, snoring mostly. Noisy fridge. Every 15 mins, it would make a noise. Towels not changed

breakfast was not great. eggs were gross and sausage seemed microwaved. if you like waffles they looked and smelled good. I ate instant Oatmeal in my room from the breakfast and skipped breakfast all the other days. not worth going downstairs except to get coffee. couch was dirty in room

It was a typical hotel continental breakfast, which was okay; however, the staff was there constantly, making sure that everything was handy for visitors, and that the breakfast did not out of anything. Kudos to the staff.

There was nothing that we particularly didn't like except for the summer price increases.
